5/10. On one hand he's way more chill than how I imagine Max and could maybe help 8 bit calm down, but on the other hand I headcanon Surge to not be that interested in romantic relationships and more interested in just friendships.
Also 8 bit is so salty do to the fact he hates Max he hates anyone associated with Max. Meaning he hates Surge as well.
