A blaring horn startled me awake. The sunshine in the room assaulted my eyes and I frowned, displeased. Aria was practically on top of me, her face buried in my neck, her leg resting on my pubic bone.
Stop the alarm, stop, so loud. I groaned and pawed at the source of the assault on my ears. With one eye cracked open, I saw Lorraine's face on the screen and answered. She started before I could even speak.
"Are you doing it today? I thought you were doing it last night," the woman hissed, annoyance evident. "I thought—"
"Hi, before you say anything," I yawned loudly. "My girlfriend is currently sleeping on my chest."
A few seconds passed. "O-oh," Raine coughed. "Well, have a great day!"
Only after Raine hung up did Aria begin to shuffle around. She rubbed her hand up and down my side, tracing her fingertips around my breast before going back down each time. My skin formed a sea of goosebumps.
"Good morning, handsome," I murmured, reaching up to pet her hair.
She let out little exhales, a raspy form of laughter. "I think...you mean daddy."
Memories of last night flooded my mind and I snorted. Shame and horror were quickly overturned with laughter and self pride. Aria joined my laughter, her body shaking against mine.
"Why...did he stay on the line..." Aria attempted to speak through her laughing fit, her voice thin and squeaky.
"Probably the most action he's gotten in a while," I retorted.
Aria scampered on top of me, grabbing my wrists and setting them on her hips. She leaned down and caught her hands on the headboard. Her signature smirk, her extravagant bed head, her perky breasts all presented themselves to me. I bit my lower lip and looked away.
"You are one dirty woman, St. James," Aria purred.
I took the opportunity to smack her ass, the loud thwack echoing through the bedroom. Aria yelped and hopped off of me, landing on one foot and jumping around in an attempt to find balance.
"What was that for?" Her arms crossed and she pouted. It was always amusing to see her pout and whine. Her tattoos, her muscles, broad shoulders— all of it made her vulnerable side even cuter.
I shrugged and sat up on the edge of the bed. "You said we had a busy day! If you kept your tits in front of my face for too much longer, we would've been staying in bed all day."
She blushed and turned on her heel, scooting her way to the bathroom. I stood and stretched upwards, feeling the soft aches and pulls of my muscles. A vicious yawn made an appearance, loud and untamed.
"Fuck, that felt good," I groaned.
I slipped my way behind Aria, laying my hand at her waist as I did so. We fell into our morning routine, quickened by the excitement of today's surprises.

"Are we there yet?"
My world was dark, hidden by a thick blindfold Aria wrapped around me once we were in the car. I tried— truly a mute attempt— to figure out where we were going based on the turns she took. But Avondale was still unfamiliar, and soon I gave up.
Aria chuckled and I felt the car pause. I heard her put it in park and squealed, clapping my hands. A familiar sound, a lovely sound, made an appearance— the barking of several dogs. My eyes watered underneath the blindfold.
"Are we at the Humane Society?"
My vision slowly returned, a flashbang from the darkness. Kershaw County Humane Society, the sign in front of me claimed. I gasped and spun around.
