"𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄 𝐎𝐍, 𝐍/𝐍! 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐀 𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄!" Jin-hee tugged on the end of the h/c-haired girl's sleeve with a prominent frown written on her face in the middle of their lunch period. "It'll be fun, trust me," she added, much to Y/n's dismay. "Come with me to Busan to watch the boys play against Daeyeon High School. Please?" She begged.

"Jin-hee, I..." Y/n trailed off, unsure of what to do. The game was in a few hours wasn't it, right after their extracurricular activity? Not like that should matter... most students spend most of their after-school hours in academies or study centers. "I-I don't know. Maybe I should sit this one out." She wasn't even a big baseball fan, so she really had no interest in going.

"But I never ask you for anything. When have I ever asked you for anything?" The cheerleader asked.

"Yesterday, when you asked me for some money because you wanted to get a soda," Y/n answered and as soon as she brought up this, Jin-hee slumped into her seat, defeated. Assuming that she was done with the topic, Y/n continued eating her lunch which consisted of Stir-Fried Udon, Green Onion Takoyaki (which she topped with Teriyaki Sauce), Kimchi, and Black Rice. Their school always provided Shin Ramyun packets off to the side, just in case there was an event that a student didn't want what was being served. But luckily for Y/n, that wasn't the case today!

"Seok Yu-jun will be there." Jin-hee quietly uttered when her friend was in the middle of eating her food.

"Hm?" Y/n stared at the cheerleader with wide eyes, her mouth full of rice. She swallowed her food. "Of course, he'll be there... why wouldn't he be?" She rhetorically questioned. Seok is a part of the school's basketball team and a fine player at that. He's cute too, so cute that Y/n has had her eye on him for quite some time now. Jin-hee of all people knew of that fact and it looks like she's using that piece of information as leverage now to get what she wants.

"And that's exactly why you should go!" Jin-hee smiled. "Just imagine: we'll get good seats and you will be able to admire him in his uniform." She teased and the mere thought of Seok being in his sports gear left Y/n flustered beyond all recognition.

Averting her gaze, Y/n poked at her food aimlessly before whispering, "Are you sure you do not just want to so can see Min Yong-guk?" She knew that she was overstepping many boundaries when asking that, but it at least got the spotlight off of her for the time being.

Jin-hee knew perfectly well what her friend was trying to do. "Oh, Y/n..." her mutter of amusement blossomed into an enormous belly laugh. Her howling giggle was so loud that it caught the attention of a few tables who eyed the two curiously. Soon though, her laughter died down. "Of course, I want to see Yong-guk. At least I'm self-aware about my feelings, but you, on the other hand..." she scooted closer to Y/n. "Need to step up your game. No offense, but does Seok even know that you exist?" She tilted her head to the side. She had a point there.

"We have a few classes together." Y/n defiantly stated. Even if Seok and her were far from close, he has to at least know of her existence. "Social Studies, Mathematics, World Language," she began counting all the blocks in her hand. "And, uh, physical education."

Jin-hee clasped her hands together before saying, "Look at you, keeping track of things!" She praised. "That must mean that you talk to him a few times, right?" She questioned. Whilst she was aware Y/n wasn't one to talk about her love life, that doesn't mean that she was one to shy away from giving away any juicy details in her life, if there were any.

"Yes... but for the most part, it would be about small things, like borrowing a pencil or something like that. We've only had a few actual talks, but it would only be because we were put together in a group and needed to pass the time." Y/n explained and then shoved a spoonful of her Stir-Fried Udon into her mouth.
