*Lucys pov*

Ian and I are sitting in the waiting room at the doctors office, our hands are intertwined, my free hand on my bump and my head is resting on his shoulder. "Montgomery" the doctor called out, we still asked them to use that as the fans still don't know and we didn't want to risk it. Ian and I stand up and walk into the room where our doctor was waiting. "Hello Lucy, hello Ian" Sarah smiles at us "hi Sarah" we both say "how have you been feeling luce?" she questions "well the morning sickness has definitely kicked in, I can't even sit for 10 minutes getting my makeup done without having to throw up! and I'm super uncomfortable too" I say "the sickness will go away in time but unfortunately, you may experience more uncomfort as the pregnancy goes on" my smile drops "awsome" I say sarcastically and Ian laughs "okay Lucy if you could just lay down on the bed and lift your shirt and we can get started" I lay down and pull up my shirt exposing my swollen baby bump "wow you've definitely popped since your last visit" Sarah says as she squirts on the cold gel "okay so your baby is healthy and you are 18 weeks along, which. I assume you already knew" I nod and Ian grabs my hand, I look over and his eyes have tears forming at the site of the baby on the screen. "Are you gonna cry at every appointment?" I giggle "luce, that's a baby, that's our baby" he says with a huge grin on his face, his words make me smile "I love you" I say "I love you too, both of you" he says and I squeeze his hand "so are you looking to find out the gender today?" I look at Ian "YES!" We say simultaneously "okay" Sarah laughs "well guys, say hello to your baby..."
