A few months had gone by and Reena was now 3 months pregnant. The news of Reena's pregnancy had spread like wildfire across kgf and the people had feeling of hope that even though their sultan was no more, the life inside Reena will give kgf a brighter better future. So they continued the works in kgf that had come to a halt after the news of Rocky's death.
Kgf was now under the control of Vanaram and Chacha. When she was asked by the people to take control of kgf, she kindly refused as she knew how dangerous taking control of it was and didn't want to take any sort of risk in her life now that she was pregnant. She also felt that Vanaram knew more about Kgf then she did so she felt it was appropriate for him to look over as he knew what was best. But she was still involved in making decisions and the wellbeing of the people of narachi.
Reena had grown more quiet over the last few months. She barely spoke to anyone. She spent her days in the garden and her evening in her room. She spent all night crying. To say she was depressed was an understatement. Despite never being able to accept that Rocky was dead she was slowly accept the new path in her life.
Like every other day Reena was getting ready to read in the garden. She was getting a pair of earing from her drawer when her eyes caught something shining under a box. Her hand went to grab it when the cold metal sent chills up her spine. Suddenly all her sorrows flew out the window. For the first in months she felt peace. It was Rocky's amulet. He had tied it on Reena's wrist when she was shot but it had to be removed for her surgery so Chacha kept it safe in her drawer. As she stared at the amulet she remembered an incident that occurred a few months back.
6 months back before the accident....
Rocky had left to Delhi for an urgent meeting with Ramika Sen. Back at the mansion Reena woke up from a horrible nightmare about Rocky. She searched the other side of the bed just to find it empty. "where would he have gone now" questioned Reena to herself as she began searching the entire mansion. Just as she reached the kitchen, Mallama called her. "naadini, anna has gone to Delhi for a meeting, he said to inform you that he will be back by the evening and told you to eat on time". Reena finished her food and went to the entrance of the mansion and waited practically all evening for Rocky, eagerly waiting for him to show. After what felt like years she heard the sound of jeeps. Then came in Rocky who casually strolled through the hallway. She didn't waste a second before she engulfed him in an air tight hug.

"Enayitu"(what happened) asked Rocky. Reena was never a pda type of person so that fact that she was hugging him in public was quite a shock for him, but he enjoyed it very much. "yenu illa" (nothing) said Reena in a whisper. After her dream this morning all she wanted was to be in Rocky's arms. "hey Enayitu" (hey what happened) asked Rocky again. This time his voice had a hint of desperation to it. Now he was truly confused. Reena would never just hug him because she felt like it so there had to be some other reason. "nan ondu ketkanspithu athirali ninne"(I had one bad dream, in that you) spoke Reena. That makes sense, thought Rocky. This girl always has something to worry about doesn't she. He sighed. "naane onth ketkanspithu, nanage Enayitu" (I'm a bad dream myself, what will happen to me) said Rocky in his typical flirty tone in attempt to cheer her up. But.... that didn't work. She hugged again this time even tighter. "I missed you so much" she said as she snuggled into his toned chest. "naanu yello bidabeda"(don't leave me alone ). He looked into her deep brown orbs and smiled. He lovingly kissed her forehead and said "until the last breathe you take, I will always be there with you. Even if you don't want me too I wont leave. Because what is you is me. Our souls exist together so I will never ever leave you. I promise". She snuggled closer into his chest and kissed his heart which was exposed due to the first two buttons of his shirt being undone. They both felt safe in each others embrace and wished to be like this forever.
Back to present day
Reena continued to stare at the amulet and caressed between her fingers. "you promised" she said as the tears cascaded across her cheeks. She sat in front of the mirror and tied the amulet around her neck. Her thoughts went back to Rocky. He said that the amulet brought him peace, that he felt like his mother was with him. Now she feels like Rocky was here with her. She rubbed her belly. He is with her.
sooo how was this chapter. I just wanted a tint of romance in the story to keep everyone interested. also the flashback is a scene in the movie that I absolutely take no credit for. the credits to that scene goes to Prashanth Neel and the team of KGF. also naadini means sister in law in kannada. as everyone see's Rocky as their brother, I had the story go as everyone calls Reena their naadini. anyways I would kindly appreciate it if you guys voted and i hope you guys are enjoying the story. and like I mention previously, I don't know kannada so the dialogue is written purely just by me reading the audio so if it is inaccurate I'm so sorry. till next time.
