glimmer of hope.

Chapter 25

The two lost souls finally got a second chance to live out their dreams and their people couldn't be more happier. Rocky, Reena and Naveen walked to that balcony to see the view of their Kgf,  people all cheering at their reunion. Naveen stuck to Rocky like he was attached to his hip. He completely disregarded Reena's existence. Rocky had quickly become his new favourite, and you could say Reena was a little jealous. 

Reena had finally put Naveen to sleep after much struggle. She returned to her room and closed the door, she was expecting Rocky to be there but the room was empty. That's when she heard the sound of the shower and guessed that he was taking a shower. She sat on the bed and began reading her book to pass time. After a few minutes she could hear the sound of the door open. Reena lifted her eyes from her book and she immediately felt blood rush to her cheeks. 

Rocky walked in with a towel around his waist, the droplets of water cascading from his long hair soaking into his chiselled abs. He looked like a Greek god. Reena bit her lip as her eyes shamelessly wondered around his body. 

"Checking me out huh. Don't worry sweetheart I'm all yours" he said smirking. 

She turned her head back to her book acting like she was reading and said "What I wasn't checking you out. In your dreams". 

"Yes in my dreams, every single day I dreamt of you. Dreamt of feeding you, hugging you and" 

he leaned in, the cold water wetting her face. She could feel his hot breath on her neck as he whispered 

"And dreamt of making love to you day and night"

 he kissed her earlobe and backed away to change. On the other hand Reena was a hot mess. She could feel her body burning up. Her heart missed him but her body did more, and it showed. She moved to the balcony to get some fresh air. Her hair was blowing in the wind and she closed her eyes. Rocky moved behind her and hugged her back, wrapping his strong hands around her slender waist and she leaned into his chest. He rest his head on her shoulder and they both stayed there, just enjoying each other's company. 

Suddenly Reena felt wet kisses on her neck. Rocky began kissing her neck, she held the railing in support and moaned "Rocky". He smirked and continued his works when he heard her mumble "Your making it really hard to be mad at you right now". He stopped his works and turned her around so she was facing him. Rocky pushed a strand of hair behind her ear and cupped her face. 

"Talk to me jaan. Ask me anything you like, ill answer. I owe you that. But first I need to know what happened after the gunshot" he said lovingly.

 "Well after I got shot all I remember was seeing your face and you were tying something on my wrist. Then it all went blank. After a few minutes I could hear you talking with Chacha and he was shouting at you telling you to not go somewhere. I couldn't open my eyes but I felt my finger twitch. Then I remember being taken to the mansion. Chacha told me that I had got shot in my intestine which had to be partially removed. I was admitted to Manipal hospital in Bangalore and I was brought back to Kgf and I was in a coma for a week or two. When I woke up Chacha told me that the baby was safe but that you died" she said as tears streamed down her cheeks.

 Rocky pulled her into a hug, her head resting on his chest. "Hey listen I'm here ok. Don't cry, it hurts me to see you cry Chinna please" he pleaded. 

She nodded wiping her tears and asked "Why didn't you come back huh, and why did they say you were dead". 

"After I saw you well 'die' " he was interrupted as she said

"I was dead, until you came to see me"

His heart stung as he could see the pain in her eyes. She signalled him to continue.

"I was filled with unimaginable pain and grief. I killed Guru Pandiyan, that's what Chacha was shouting at me for. After I killed him Ramika Sen got angry and sent a death warrant out on me. She pledged a war but I decided that there wasn't any point in fighting if you have nothing to fight for. After my mothers promise I thought I had nothing to live for until I found you, but when you were gone, I chose to surrender. So I took all the gold and set out in the ocean. I sent all the nearby ships a fax from my ship and then they fired at me. I was found though by a man called Ashok. He is actually Varun's father. I was in a coma for 9 months and when I woke up he took me in as his own son and gave me a place to stay. I thought many time to come back but I couldn't bring myself to without you there but I didn't know that you were alive. If I did I wouldn't have even wasted a second before coming back" he said. 

"Oh my. But still you had all these people who were willing to fight for you and you just gave up on them all because of me" she asked. 

"That's true but I would've just become a monster if I stayed here. I would've ruined everything they worked for, that is why I had trust in Chacha to take over." he replied.

"You know in these last 5 years since Naveen was born, I was waiting for the day to tell him about the great fighter his father was. And the day I told him he was truly amazed by you. He saw you as his idol and began to favourite you without you even being here. He is also just like you, very stubborn" she said.

 "Umm I think that trait he got from you Chinna" he said holding back his laugh. 

She picked up the cushion from the chair and began hitting him with it. He got up and ran back into the room with Reena chasing after him. As she was nearing him he pulled her in by her waist, causing her to crash into his chest. They both fell and landed on the bed with Rocky hovering over her. He had a sinister smirk on his face. 'Oh god what is he going to do' Reena thought. Suddenly he began tickling her. She began squirming under him as her laughter filled the room. "Rocky..stop.. I cant breath" she tried saying in between her laughs but he couldn't hear her. 

Before Rocky could say anything he felt her soft lips on his. The feeling sent a spark through their bodies. Her mouth moved in perfect harmony with his as she pulled him closer until their bodies stuck together. Reena was moaning in his mouth as his tongue plunged into her mouth tasting all of her. Rocky groaned as her tongue brush past his, sending shivers down his spine. They broke apart after a few minutes and they were both breathless. Rocky could see Reena's cheeks heat up as she pushed him of and ran to the bathroom. 'This girl no matter how many years go by, she will always be shy. How I missed this girl' Rocky thought.

How was this Chapter. the story will only have a couple more chapters before the story finishes. i know this chapter is small but i just needed a filler chapter before i skip to the main part. i hope everyone enjoyed this Chapter and dont forget to vote and comment. till next time....
