Quirk Names: Adapt and Supreme Regeneration
Quirk descriptions: Adaptation & Enhanced Reactive Evolution (With Shakur's adaptation process, he only needs to experience the phenomena a single time for the adaptation process to begin. Repeated exposure to the phenomena shortens this adaptation process considerably so. Shakur's evolution never fully stops even after fully adapting to the technique already, always continuing to adapt itself and obtaining more ways to bypass the technique
The ability to regenerate from having no solid parts of the body remaining. This can range from a puddle or drop of blood to even a single cell. this can also include regenerating from a liquid state.
Shakur is a gift from the Gods as his parents like to say and has been blessed with the perfect quirk combination. Shakur is also a very smart fighter. But he and his parents were attacked by a Villain in a Suit that kept talking about taking his quirks.
His parents were strong enough to hold the villain off long enough for Shakur to escape, since then Shakur has been looking for the man that took his family.
Sludge Villain Incident
Shakur is watching as a green haired boy is struggling to save this ash blonde boy from the villain made of sludge.
"This nigga can not be deadass... it's obvious that the things eyes are it's weak spot."
Shakur jumps over the crowd of people making himself another target for the villain. As the sludge smacks the green haired boy away he puts his sights on the new boy but before he could blink the new boy was infront of his eye and then he feels a great pain.
Shakur has just kicked the giant eye ball of the villain causing him to scream in pain. "WHAT THE FUCKKK MY EYEEE, I FUCKING KILL YOUU!!"
"I'd like to see your big ugly nasty ass try to even hospitalize me let alone kill me."
The villain in a rage sends sludge tendrils towards Shakur just for them all to be dodged with little to no effort.
As this continues for another 10 seconds Shakur finally thinks 'If I keep playing around with this goofy he might use the civilians as hostages.'
With that being said Shakur slams his foot on the ground making a crater and launching the Sludge Villain into the air away from the civilians.
Shakur jumps up snatching both the eyes out of the Villain's body causing the sludge to fall harmlessly on the ground.
He finds a random box on the ground and puts the eyes into it giving the box to the stunned heroes.
Coming out of their shock on of the heroes say "You used your quirk illegally you will have to be taken into custody aswell young man."
Shakur looked at them with a blank face. "You niggas not serious... oh wait y'all are, I DID YOUR FUCKING JOB FOR YOU, I SAVED LIVES YOU NEED TO GET BETTER AT YOUR JOB!!"
Shakur in a blink disappears. But little did anyone know that boy will shake the balance of Heroes and Villains.
Ten Months later
Shakur is walking onto UA grounds, as he is walking he sees a green haired boy trip but is caught by a girl with a permanent blush. 'The greenett looks familiar... OH WAIT THATS THE KID I SAVED TEN MONTHS AGO!!' Shakur thinks in shock and mild confusion because wasn't that boy quirkless.
Skipping written portion
Shakur is being crowded by a few hundred other kids and out of nowhere the gates begin to open. Without any words he rushes into the fake city and with pure physical strength obliterates 4 three pointers.
The kids that still didn't take the hint starts to complain.
"Heyy!! He's cheating"
"He's gonna get disqualified"
"What the hell is he doing!!"
Present Mic says "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR GO GO GO!! THERE ISN'T ANY COUNT DOWNS IN A REAL BATTLE!!"
The students being rushing inside only to see multiple different robots all smashed across the city.
Teachers pov:
"Who is that kid he looks American." Midnight says
Aizawa already going to his files says "The boy's name is Shakur Davis and yes he is an American. He has two quirks Adaptation and Supreme Regeneration."
Nezu looks at the screen in glee. That is a perfect quirk combination he can basically become a perfect being. Nezu looks at the deflated No.1 Hero specifically at his injury.
'Maybe that Shakur boy could even beat him.' Nezu thinks. Pushing that thought in the back of his mind Nezu immediately slams his hand on a red button with a crazy smile on his face.
The other teachers look at the rat in shock, but just let the principal do what he wanted because what could they do about it.
Shakur pov:
Shakur is sitting on top of a building "These robots are weak as hell. My quirk give me an extra boost in strength and speed as a gift to be able to hold my own until I adapt, but I can't adapt to something so weak."
Suddenly the building begins to rumble, next the city rumbles Shakur eyes bright up in excitement as he sees a towering robot coming out of nowhere.
Shakur right before he could jump to destroy the robot he hears a scream and looks down to see a girl under some rubble.
Shakur curses and looks back between the girl and the robot, but then sees the same green haired kid from before running at the robot.
Shakur sighs in defeat "I guess I'll have to let the kid get the robot for me."
As Shakur is jumping down from the building the green haired kid is jumping up at the robot.
As they pass each other they briefly look at each other. Right as the green bean hits the robot, Shakur picks up the girl.
Shakur looks up to see the robot's head completely smashed but also sees the boy falling. With a sigh he jumps and grabs the broken boy out of the air landing next to recovery girl and hands them both to her.
The Healing hero thanks the boy and Shakur walks off of UA grounds.

I have found more authors of different stories and they are my motivation to actually finish a story for once.
