Stiles' POV
--

It was 8:15 in the morning on Sunday and I decided that I was finally going to ask Claire out. I mean I always thought I liked her but after the kiss, I was sure that I did.

I called Isaac, "Hey Isaac!" I said excitedly.

"What?" He whispered.

"First of all, why are you whispering?"

"I'm at Tori's house."

"Oh, Gettin' it!" I exclaimed.

"Oh my god," He muttered. "Anyway, whats up?'

"I'm going to ask Claire out." I said, pacing around my room, "I need advice."

Even though he'd never admit it, Isaac was an inner-romantic and he was good at giving advice about girls.

"Uh.. Do you still have that tux from that formal dance last year?" Isaac whispered.

"Yeah."

"Wear it with that blue tie... maybe get her a bouquet of roses," He continued.

"What color?" I asked.

"I don't know. I have to go, my pancakes are going to burn." Isaac mumbled.

"Uh... what? You know what, I'm not going to ask. Bye, oh and thanks for the advice.

"Yep. No problem."

I hung up and then went and put on my tux and tied my tie.

I put on some fancy dress shoes and went to the store to buy roses.

--

"What color roses would you like?" The lady at the flower shop asked me.

"What color roses do you have?" I responded.

"Well we have red, white, black, pink, blue and yellow. Which color would you like?"

"Uh... I guess... I don't know... uh can I get two of each?"

"Your total will be $19.99."

I payed and then set off for Claire's house.

I knocked on the door.

"Its open," Claire hollered from what sounded like her living room.

I opened the door and walked in.

I handed her the flowers, "I didn't know what color to get so I got two of each," I explained. "Um, so I kind of really like you and I was hoping you'd maybe go out with me?"

"Your tie is crooked," She pointed out.

"I knew I should've looked in the mirror!" I exclaimed. "Shit. I messed this up. Just forget that I even ca-"

"Oh, shut up," She leaned in and kissed me, "Stiles, I'd love to go out with you. Stop worrying."

I smiled, "Hey, wanna kiss me again?"

She laughed, leaning towards me and planting a kiss on my cheek, "You can get more of that later, Batman."

On the outside I seemed calm but on the inside I was exploding. And God, when she kissed me, I felt like the luckiest guy in the world.

"Okay I am so glad you came over though. Like, I had nothing to do. Let's do something. Like go to the movie theater, do something here, go for a walk in the woods, or watch the sunset..." she listed excitedly.

"How about we go to the movies then hang out here after, if that's okay with your parents," I said respectively.

"That sounds great, thanks, Stiles," she said giving me a hug.

"So what movie do you want to see?" I asked putting my arm around her as we headed to my jeep.

"Max?" She asked.

"Sounds good," I said, opening the jeep door for her then putting the key in the ignition and heading to the movie theater.

When we arrived, Claire went and got us snacks while I got our tickets.

"Theater Three," the lady at the ticket booth said.

"Thank you," Claire said as she grabbed my hand and practically skipped into the theater.

Partly into the movie ,Claire was already in tears.

"You gonna be okay?" I said putting my arm around her.

"It's just so sad," she frowned.

"It will get better," I said as she laid her head on my shoulder. "I love you, Claire," I whispered.

"I love you too, Stiles," she whispered back.

After the movie, Claire and I went back to her house.

"What do you want to do now?" I asked her.

"We could build a fort," she said gesturing to the blankets and pillows spread out all over her living room.

"Alright," I smiled.

Claire started off with pulling off all the cushions on the couch and making walls, while I grabbed a blanket and made a roof. With the leftover blankets and pillows we made the inside all cushiony.

I stood back, "This fort is great."

"Its because we built it together," she smiled.

"That sounds like something my mom would say to be honest."

We hung out in the fort for the rest of the night.

"Do I get another kiss know?" I asked.

"I mean I suppose," She grinned.
