"Hey how are you doing?" Matteo asked as he placed the tray before her.
"Fine" she replied and Matteo nodded.
"You have a guard, you must be very influential" He smiled and Mimi felt butterflies in her stomach. That smile was one of a kind
"I think so, Damian please excuse us" She said and Damian nodded and moved away from them, he was nearby so he could have his eyes on them but he couldn't hear what they are talking about
"I see you are interested in having a conversation with me, why not sit let's talk" MiMi said
"Umm, maybe later, my boss shouldn't catch me idle when I am supposed to work" He replied and Miranda nodded.
"I love your loyalty" Miranda said and he chuckled
"Yeah, you look preety tonight, I noticed you love wearing black clothes" he said and Miranda nodded
"I would really love us to talk more but maybe next time" He said
"You can call me whenever you're free" MiMi said and scribbled her number on a piece of paper for him
"Wow, thanks, I think we are friends already" He laughed
"Friends?" She asked a bit surprised. This guy standing before her is a bit too trusting. He doesn't even know much about her and he is already considering her as a friend
"Yeah, I'll call you" He said and walked out.
Miranda bit hr lips as she watched him leave. He's damn cute to work at a club, maybe she could consider moving his position or giving him another job.
Matteo stared at the paper and smiled.
"I don't know why I am always excited when I see her, she's preety and tough too. Yeah but I have to warn her about smoking, it's bad for her health"
"Oppps, I forgot to ask her name" Matteo said and turned but she was no longer there.
"Weird, she left already" He shook his head and continued with his work.

"Princess, you need to be careful, I don't trust that guy" Damian gritted as he drove Miranda back home
"Don't worry, he meant no harm" she replied and Damian nodded.
She stepped out of the car and walked to the sitting room. She met Vitto sleeping on the couch
"Hey, you shouldn't be sleeping here, it's uncomfortable" She said tapping him
Vitto opened his eyes and saw mimi staring at him. The distance between their faces was just an inch.
"You're back, I was waiting for you" He said and cupped her cheek.
"Really" Miranda asked, her cheeks turned crimson which means she was blushing
"Yeah, did you have a nice time at the club" Vitto asked and she nodded
"Alright, let's go upstairs" He said and Miranda shifted back for him to stand up. He held her hand as they walked upstairs.
"Vitto, I want to talk to you about something" Miranda said as they got to front of his room
"What's that" he asked and stopped walking
"It's about Kay" Miranda said and he scoffed
"What about her?" He asked and Miranda sighed deeply before replying
"She loves you and you don't seem to be interested in her" Mimi said
"Yes you're right, I don't love Kay and I can't force myself to love her besides she's my best friend sister, do you think Luciano would take it easy on me if he finds out that I am dating his sister" Vitto asked
"I don't think Luciano would care about that, you are hurting her"
"I don't mean to hurt her, I would hurt her more if I pretend to love her, you're the only person I love" Vitto said and Miranda's eye's widened
"Don't pretend like you don't know" Vitto chuckled and pulled her closer to him, his hands circling her waist
"Vitto, someone might see us" Mimi whispered
"You're the Don here and no one can do anything to you " Vitto said cupping her cheeks with his free hand
"No Vitto, Kay won't like it" Mimi said and freed herself from him.
"Okay, goodnight" Vitto replied and walked to his room slamming the door.
"Is he angry?" MiMi wondered as she walked to her room.

Miranda was still sleeping peacefully when Kay barged into her room.
"MiMi" Kay yelled and Miranda jumped out of her bed and pulled her gun from under the pillow
She turned and saw Kay standing with folded hands and grumpy face.
"Kay, it's you?" Miranda yawned and picked her phone from the bed checking the time.
"What are you doing Mimi, what game are you playing with me?" Kay asked
"I don't understand you, any problem" Miranda asked
"Yes there is, I asked you to help me talk to Vitto and you are the one seducing him instead" Kay yelled and Mimi rolled her eyeballs
"Don't yell at me if you don't want a bullet down your throat" MiMi gritted and Kay gulped
"Firstly you barged into my room and you're raising your voice at me, are you out of your mind? " Miranda fumed
"I am sorry Don, I was just angry" Kay bowed
"I talked to Vitto yesterday, I don't think he is willing to reciprocate your feelings " Mimi said holding her shoulder
"But I want him, I want Vitto to be mine" Kay sobbed and Mimi hugged her and rubbed her back gently.

AFTERNOON
Luciano walked downstairs dressed in a black suit. His scent filled the air as he walked down each stair. Truth be told he looked breath taking.
The maids whispered among themselves and smiled at him.
"Hey dude, are you going on a date" Vitto teased coming out of the kitchen with a bowl of cereal in his hand
"Nope I have something important to attend to" he replied looking at his watch.
"Oh, let's go then" Vitto said dropping his bowl on the table
"I Don want you to follow me, just relax, I will be back soon" Luciano said with a fake smile
"Hmmmm, you sound suspicious" Vitto grinned
"Common man, see you later" He said and walked towards the door
Vitto stared at Luciano as he walked towards the door.
"what if i follow him secretly" Vitto thought and Luciano turned
"Don't even try that" He warned and walked out of the door.
