Chapter 8!

Talia woke up to the sound of her phone ringing. She sat up and her eyes quickly adjusted to the light when she realised she wasn't in her bedroom. She panicked for a moment before realising it was Kenny's room. She hasn't woken up here in years. She grabbed her phone to see it was her manager calling and quickly answered.

Talia why are you still in be- wait that's not your bed where are you were meant to be having a meeting today.

Oh shit I forgot to set an alarm.

It's fine but where are you?

Um I'm at Kenny's.

GIRL WHAT anyways get ready and come to the office you can fill me in when we are there.

Okay see you soon.

Bye girl.

End of call.

Shit. Talia completely forgot about the meeting. Luckily it wasn't a shoot that she was late for as she would have been in big trouble. All she had to do today was sit with her manager and go over upcoming shoots and ads that she needed to prepare for.

Talia quickly ran downstairs to see all the boys in the living room and Chelsea sat on Kenny's lap.

"There you are" Kenny laughed at how panicked the girl looked.

"I completely forgot I have a meeting today how did I sleep that long we fell asleep at like 1 in the afternoon" Talia replied as she hurried into the living room.

"I was gonna wake you but you looked so peaceful" Kenny smiled.

"Well me and Chelsea need to go now it was so lovely seeing you all and thankyou for having us bu-" she was quickly cut off by Kenny.

"Dont worry one of the boys can drive you home and ill stay here and have Chelsea for the day, you've packed plenty of stuff for her she will be fine" he reassured the girl

"Are you sure?" She questioned him.

"Yes now go" he laughed.

Chunkz offered to take Talia home and she accepted as her car wasn't there. On the ride home, Chunkz was telling Talia about what an angel Chelsea was and how she called him uncle this morning which made her smile. Shes so happy that Chelsea is adapting to them all, it's good if Kenny is gonna be looking after her a lot more.

When she got home, she took a quick shower and got into a comfy tracksuit before slicking her hair and beginning her makeup. It was so nice to get ready without having to run after Chelsea every 5 minutes. Even in that walker she is still very fast and Talia never wanted to leave her unsupervised. Her parents were never that great, they of course did the best they could but she had so many other siblings that she didn't get much attention or affection from them. It was that and the fact that her parents each worked 2 jobs so they weren't home much. That was one of many things that her and Kenny bonded over. They both grew up in busy house holds, as did a few of the beta squad boys, so they could all relate over it.

Once she was ready, she grabbed her jacket and bag before sliding on her Uggs and leaving the house. She drove down to the office where her social media team all worked in producing any content, replying to any brand deals and sorting out dates for her shoots.

When she arrived, she quickly ran upstairs and saw her manager sat with her laptop. She hurried over, apologising for being late.

"I'm so sorry Em" Talia said as she sat down, taking a few breaths as she had just ran up the stairs.

"Dont worry babes, anyways fill me in about Kenny" Her manager replied.

"Okay so when I unblocked him he messaged me and was all like why didn't you tell me I had a child and I was like well you should have taken the hint I told you I wasn't getting an abortion. Then he came over and took Chelsea on a walk as you probably saw all over twitter" she paused as her manager giggled and nodded "then yesterday he invited me over to see the boys and we fell asleep at Chelsea's nap time then I woke up to you calling me"

"Well you clearly needed some rest if you slept that long. It's good that you two are back on speaking terms" her manager replied.

"Well we kind of kissed too" Talia looked down

"WHAT?!"

" I had just put Chelsea down for a nap and then I don't know we just kissed but it all felt so right"

"Do you wanna get back with him?"

"Well I wouldn't be opposed to it, he's so good with Chels and honestly my feelings for him never left" Talia finished.

After their little gossip, they began talking about some upcoming shoots Talia had booked and some brand deals she had to do on Instagram.

Once their 'meeting' which was basically just a gossip session finished, Talia drove back to the beta house to go and pick up her daughter.
