- HE BECAME AN ACTOR. i don't CARE. he LIVED. (or if he didn't he obviously didn't become an actor bc his aim is "really really good!" and he shot himself so 🧍‍♀️) maybe does broadway idk-

- alternatively, on a funny side note he became dr wilson (from house md) (i've never seen it) (my friend talks about it but calls him "neil perry" so i know who she's talking about) (so you get funny quotes like "neil perry a hoe" (context he dated like 150000 people))

- or if he didn't become an actor i like to think he maybe became a teacher. maybe not at welton, since they're stupid (and don't have any arts program), but like at some random middle or high school. he'd teach theatre. also have a weird feeling he'd somewhat teach music even though he has no correlation to band at all 😭😭

- or maybe if he ends up working at welton he makes an arts program - or at least a theatre program - for the kids to join. but i don't know how that would work considering... well it's all boys. romeo and julien gonna go wild /j

- oh yeah forgot all the basic things um:

- in HS (specifically his sophomore, the year before todd) he tried making himself like girls and went w knox downtown to meet some girls. yeah yeah whatever shit happens and he ends up going on a few dates with a girl he met. she ends up really liking him and he realises he doesn't really like her - at least not like that. he freaks out w charlie trying to figure out what to do 💀

- has a favourite sweater

- taught todd how to waltz for fun. they waltz around their living room together (hey, and bringing from last chapter: elizabeth (todd's daughter! maybe even neil's in this case-) stares and giggles at them 💀💀)

- still quotes keating TO THIS DAY.

- likes painting probably

- just a goofy lil guy tbh

- i saw this somewhere, i don't remember where, but it was a hc where neil was really quiet when he was younger but then he met charlie and they became best friends and neil grew to be like how he was in the movie ^_^

- neil finds it HILARIOUS to splash todd with water when they go swimming. todd HATESSSS it (not really, but yk)

- ENDLESSLY quotes musicals to piss everyone off /j

- despite his father's endless pressure to become a doctor when he was growing up, he still finds medical stuff very interesting! he likes reading/looking medical books every once in a while.

- got the ending lines of puck tattooed somewhere on his body (yk like the "i am an honest puck" and "so goodnight unto you all" and stuff. i have the book i js don't feel like getting it to actually look at the lines 💀)

- likes travelling

- when asked his favourite author he says "todd anderson" <3

- if he were gen z he'd probably like tyler the creator and i have NO IDEA why i think that 😭

- didn't attend his dad's funeral like a girlboss lets go neil!!!!!!!!!!!

- has like maybe 1 cousin that he still is in contact with and that's the only family he still talks to
