Over the next few months, the members attempted to carry out their plan. Chuu had filed the lawsuit in December and, as planned, she won. The only variable the members forgot to calculate into their equation was that the company was run by terrible people. Although Chuu legally got the rights she fought for, the company never gave them to her. She still didn't get paid and she still didn't have complete control over her schedule, even though the company said she would. By this point, the members had all moved into their own apartments, so the going not outside thing wasn't really a problem anymore because it was hard for the company to enforce.

Chuu had had enough one cloudy day in May. The members were filming a dance scene for their new song, but Chuu had to film a show early the next day. She was able to schedule this show through some of her newfound rights, and she was really excited. They had finished filming at the scheduled time and Chuu was ready to go home to get a couple hours of sleep before the show, but the staff wouldn't let her go because they wanted to go overtime to experiment with different camera angles. Chuu said she would stay if she could, but she had a big day to get ready for and needed to get some sleep beforehand so she could be at her best. The staff was refusing to let her go at the scheduled time, so her mom had to come in and yell at them for not following the rules of the lawsuit. In all the commotion, Yeojin called Dispatch and told them the whole story. Dispatch then posted about it for the whole world to see, and people were outraged and discussed boycotting the company to make them broke and forced to let the members go to freedom.

As an attempt to make fans happy again, the company had Loona go on a world tour, but they also wanted to punish Chuu for going against them. So as a compromise, they had all the members go on tour except for Chuu. What a great way to make the fans happy: keep the most popular member from achieving her well-known dream of going on tour! As one could expect, this did not go over well with the fans, and they created a union to discuss what actions they should take to get Chuu justice. They also discussed justice for the other members as well, since they were still under the original strict conditions of the company. Plus they were being so overworked on the tour that members were fainting on stage or breaking down crying and needing to take the rest of the night off. At the end of the tour, 3 of the 11 members who went on tour were on hiatus for both mental and physical health issues.

As if it couldn't get any worse, on November 25, 2022, the company made an announcement on social media saying that Chuu had been removed from the group for "verbal abuse of staff." This outraged the public, and everyone came together to defend her. Fans, people she's worked with, celebrities, and even her haters all came to her defense to say that she would never do such a thing and that the company was just mad that she was fighting for her rights. People were furious and the fan union released the official statement that the boycott was on and that they wouldn't stop until all of the members were out of the abusive and lying company.

The members watched as all of these events unfolded, and immediately filed for legal action to get out of the group since the company was weakened by the boycott. The fan union also got in contact with the members' lawyers to find out what else they could do to help.

However legal processes are slow and boring, and eventually, the members got bored and needed to come up with a quicker and more fun solution to the problem.

"Okay everyone. This whole lawsuit thing is boring and honestly, I don't get most of the legal stuff. Does anyone have a better plan to get what we deserve in a more quick and exciting way?" Hyeju asked.

"FIRE!!!" Yeojin yelled. The other members cheered in agreement.

"We'll burn down the company!! That'll teach 'em!" Gowon exclaimed.

"Arson is always the answer," whispered Vivi.

"Alright, does everyone agree this is the best course of action?" Yves asked. The members nodded their heads in agreement.
