I woke up feeling great. I had the largest smile on my face. Is this what dating is like?

I got into the shower and sang my lungs out. I decided to wear a tracksuit because it was cold. I chose black sneakers to match with my outfit.

"Hey mom."
"Hi! Wow you're glowing." She said making me laugh. She handed me my lunchbox.

"Where's Romano?"
"He's running a bit late today. I suggest you take the bus." I nodded and off I went to the bus stop.

The bus arrived at school earlier than I expected.

"Well. Well. If it isn't my sister-in-law." You have got to be kidding me.

"Hey Tina." I greeted.

"Oh please. Don't try to act nice because you're dating my brother." She pointed at me.

"What are you talking about?"

"My brother needs someone who is... Royal. Classic. Not.. you." She looked up and down at me.

Oh. I guess being a commoner is a sin.

"Look Tina. I didn't chose to be your brother's mate okay. Now suck it up." I whispered angrily at her.

For a 17 year old, she had guts.

"You'll never be my Queen. Believe me. I'll make sure Andrew rejects you." She said walking away.

"Whatever." I rolled my eyes and went to my Algebra class. I hate Algebra.

"She actually said that?" Roman asked shocked.

I nodded.
"I can't believe she called you a commoner. I mean they're not even on your level."

"What does that mean?" I raised my head up at Roman putting my sandwich down.

"I mean.."
"Kylie. Can I talk to you?" Andrew interrupted Roman.

"Hello to you too. Andrew." Roman said sipping his juice. Andrew ignored him and continued to look at me with concern.

"Okay. I'll be back." I stood up and went to an empty classroom with Andrew.

"Hi." I said smiling but Andrew didn't return my smile. This is not good.

"I'm going to ask you a question. Please be honest." He said and I nodded encouraging him to continue.

"Did you take the Moon Ball?"

"No. Why?"

"Kylie just be honest!" He whispered yelled at me.

"I am! I didn't take it. Why are you asking me that." I whispered back.

"After mom showed you the moonball, it went missing and Tina said she saw you walking in there by yourself." I nearly rolled my eyes.

Of course that little rat would say that.

"I didn't take it. I promise." I said taking his hands.

"If you took it, would you tell me?" He kissed both of my hands.

"I don't have a reason to take it."
He nodded sighing.

"Okay. I believe you."

"When did it disappear?" I asked.
"I don't know. It was discovered that it was missing in the morning." He breathed.

"I didn't take it. I promise you." I kissed his cheek.

"I gotta go." And just like that he left me all alone in the empty classroom.

I'm very sure that Tina had a hand in all of this. I know what exactly is her problem.

I walked back to Roman.
"What was that all about?" He asked.

"Their royal treasure was stolen and I'm the suspect." I said angrily. When I find that little brat I'm gonna kill her.

"Well... Did you.. you know.. take it?"

"Are you kidding me?" I whispered.
"Are you kidding me!?" I said louder when Roman just looked at me.

"I'm sorry cuz." He finally said.

I took my bag and left Roman there. I can't believe him. He actually thinks that I stole it?

What would I even do with a moonball?

I didn't have any class after the lunch break so I decided to go home.

I opened the door of my home. The house looked like there had been a hurricane inside.

"What the... Mom!" I yelled.

"Mom?"

"Where is the Moonball Kylie?" I turned around to see where the deep voice is coming from.

It was Andrew's father.
"I didn't take it." I said for the nth time today.

"Ky.. tell them the truth." Mom said her voice low.

"What did you do to her?!" I ran to mom who was bruised. Her blood was everywhere.

"If you don't give us the Moonball. We're going to kill her."
