NORTIA WAS CARMEN'S ALMOST NAME. It was an ongoing topic of which one was it going to be, Carmen or Nortia. Carmen meaning garden and Nortia meaning luck, her dad went with Carmen as he preferred it over Nortia and liked it better. She absolutely loved her name, she always thought it suited her well. But she wasn't so sure anymore, she wished her dad named her Nortia. Even if it had nothing to do with the situation, it was her way to cope, blaming it on anything she could. Maybe if he picked Nortia she would've had a little more luck, maybe if he picked Nortia things would've turned out just like she wanted them to, maybe they would've ended up together. Just if she had a little more luck.
