Aleena's phone buzzed with a text again from Alex that read, "Quick meet-up at the park, need your advice!" Intrigued, she swiftly adorned herself in a chic outfit, her mind buzzing with curiosity. A dash of perfume and a glance in the mirror later, she headed out, wondering what urgent advice Alex sought amidst the aroma of sand and the hum of breeze.
Puzzled, Aleena rushed to the park. A serene scene unfolded as Alex rested beneath the tree, his calm face contrasting with Aleena's slow and admiring gaze.
Upon reaching him, Aleena hesitated, captivated by the peaceful expression on Alex's face. She decided not to disturb his tranquility and silently joined him in appreciating the serene surroundings.
Alex stirred after a moment, surprised to find Aleena sitting beside him, quietly observing. He looked at her with a mix of confusion and curiosity.
Aleena, blushing, cleared her throat and awkwardly greeted, "Um, good morning, I guess. Didn't mean to disturb your peaceful slumber."
He, scratching his neck, mumbled, "Haha, that's okay. Guess I needed a gentle wake-up call anyway."
She asked, "So, why did you call me over? Anything on your mind?"
"Just wanted to be with you, soak in this peaceful moment together, and appreciate the simple joys of life."
"Oh" - That's all she said.
Aleena don't know what's happening but she didn't want to feel that feeling once again.
To break the awkward silence, Alex reached into his pocket, took out earphones, and offered them to Aleena, signaling an invitation to share music and fill the air with a comfortable rhythm.
"what genre you prefer in music "
"I'm pretty open to anything," Aleena replied.
Alex smiled and said, "Same here, anything works for me. Surprise me with your favorite genre!"
"Okay let's listen to Taylor Swift. She is my favourite" - Aleena said enthusiastically
"Sure, Taylor Swift it is," Alex agreed, plugging in the earphones as they both settled into the shared experience of enjoying music beneath the tree.
As "Call It What You Want" by Taylor Swift played, the serene melody intertwined with the rustling leaves, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Alex and Aleena, lost in the music, found comfort in the shared moment beneath the tree.
Harmonizing under the tree, Aleena and Alex joined in singing the lyrics ,creating a spontaneous duet that echoed through the peaceful surroundings.
"Isn't this song amazing", Alex remarked breaking the silence. Aleena nodded , smiling, "totally it's like our own concert right here" . They continued listening , letting the music speak where word fell short.
Alex watched with a soft smile as Aleena sang wholeheartedly, her joy evident in every note.
"Your glow is like this sun and I want to watch this sun glow everyday brightly" he whispered, his words carried away by the gentle breeze, as he continued to admire her radiant happiness.
"What?" Aleena asked curiously, but Alex just shook his head, a silent acknowledgment of the unspoken beauty in the shared moment, leaving the sentiment hanging in the air.
From a distance, the abrupt halt of a car echoed, and the sound of a window sliding down reached them, momentarily interrupting the tranquil atmosphere beneath the tree.
"I want you in every possible way. I can't bear to see you with someone else, yet I can't have you."
The mysterious person in the car mumbled something indistinct and then silently drove away, leaving an air of curiosity lingering beneath the tree.
Aleena, sensing something, turned her head to look over, but whatever caught her attention had vanished.
"He was here right. No why would he be here ? " Aleena thought sadly to herself and went to do whatever she was doing.
Sensing Aleena's sadness, Alex reached out, gently placing a comforting hand on her shoulder, wordlessly offering support beneath the tree.
"Hey, is everything okay? You seemed a bit off."
Aleena, with a faint smile: "It's nothing, just got lost in my thoughts for a moment."
"You know you can talk to me about anything, right?"
Aleena, appreciating the gesture: "I appreciate that, Alex. It's just... life gets a bit overwhelming sometimes."
"I understand. We all have those moments. I'm here for you."
Aleena, grateful: "Thanks, Alex. It means a lot. Let's just enjoy the music and this moment together, okay?"
He asked ,"I heard from sam that you had a ex. Is it about that...."
Aleena, hesitatingly: "Yeah, it's about that. Some feelings from the past resurfaced."
Alex, understandingly: "I get it. Experiences can leave a lasting impact. Take your time, and if you ever want to talk, I'm here."
"Thanks, Alex. It helps having someone like you around."
As the emotions unfolded beneath the tree, Aleena momentarily forgot about the looming competitive exam in Canada scheduled for the next day, the weight of her personal thoughts overshadowing the academic preparations.
"Come on, you have exams tomorrow," Alex reminded Aleena, breaking through her reverie. Aleena looked at him, surprised by the reality check, realizing she needed to shift her focus back to the impending exam.
"We just met , but how can you be so understanding towards me ?"
"I will always be like that. Don't ask unnecessary questions... Come now"

In the dimly lit room, Warner sat surrounded by a fortress of textbooks, his brow furrowed in concentration as he prepared for his exams. The weight of knowledge pressed upon him, and the air was charged with the intensity of study.
Aleena, unable to resist the urge to be near him, quietly entered the room. She noticed the tension in his shoulders and decided to inject a dose of playfulness into the serious atmosphere.
"Warner, my brilliant scholar, taking a break might just be the secret ingredient for acing those exams," she teased, a mischievous glint in her eyes.
Warner, torn between focus and amusement, looked up. "Aleena, I really need to concentrate."
Undeterred, she approached, her fingers gently tracing patterns on his notes. "Studying is crucial, but so is taking care of yourself. A brief distraction can do wonders, you know."
With a sly smile, Aleena leaned in, planting a quick and unexpected kiss on Warner's cheek. The room, once filled with the rustle of pages, was now tinged with a playful energy.
Warner, momentarily stunned, couldn't help but smile. "You're my delightful distraction, aren't you?"
Their laughter mingled with the scent of textbooks, creating a moment where love and academia collided, making the path to success a little more enjoyable. Aleena, with a twinkle in her eye, became the sweet that made Warner's study sessions unforgettable.

She laughed and " stop it idiot. Everyone is watching us"
"Then stop daydreaming or else I will kiss you next time"
After hearing his reply , Aleena stood there as a rock.
