As Aleena lay nestled against Warner's chest in the comfort of his bedroom, his gentle caress soothing her worries, she felt a sense of peace wash over her.

The rhythmic thud of his heartbeat echoed in her ears, a reassuring reminder of the love that bound them together.

But as Warner's question hung in the air, Aleena's heart skipped a beat, her thoughts momentarily halted by the weight of his words.

She lifted her head to meet his gaze, searching his eyes for any hint of fear or uncertainty.

"What if I die, love?" he asked, his voice tinged with vulnerability.

For a moment, Aleena was at a loss for words, her mind racing with a thousand possibilities.

But then, with a quiet resolve, she reached out to cup his face in her hands, her eyes locking with his in a silent declaration of unwavering devotion.

"Even if the stars were to fade and the world crumbled around us, my love for you would endure," she whispered softly. "For you are the beating heart that breathes life into my soul, the light that guides me through the darkest of nights. And even in death, our love will transcend the boundaries of time and space, forever binding us together in the tapestry of eternity."

With her words hanging in the air like a promise, Aleena leaned in to press a tender kiss against Warner's lips, sealing their bond in a moment of unspoken understanding.

"I will wait for you even after death. Just trust me , you'll be fine with me"

And as they lay entwined in each other's arms, the weight of his question dissolved into the quiet solace of their shared love, a beacon of hope in the face of uncertainty.

Alex rushed into the hospital after receiving a text from aleena, his heart pounding with fear and desperation, he scanned the bustling corridors in search of her.

His breath came in ragged gasps, his mind consumed by a single, overwhelming thought: finding her.

Finally, his eyes fell upon her sitting alone at a table opposite the ICU where Warner lay fighting for his life.

In that moment, time seemed to stand still as he watched her, her tears painting a picture of anguish and despair.

Without a second thought, Alex crossed the room in quick strides, his own emotions threatening to consume him.

As he reached her side, he knelt down beside her, his arms enveloping her in a tight embrace. He felt her trembling against him, her tears soaking into his shoulder.

"Alex, my Warner, he-" Aleena's voice faltered, choked with emotion.

But Alex didn't need her to finish the sentence. He understood the weight of her words without needing to hear them spoken aloud.

"Darling," Alex murmured, his voice a gentle reassurance amidst the turmoil, "you know Warner better than anyone. He's a fighter, and he'll find a way through this, for you."

His words were filled with a quiet conviction, a steadfast belief in Warner's strength and resilience.

As he spoke, Alex reached out to tenderly wipe away her tears, his touch a comforting anchor in the storm of emotions that threatened to overwhelm them both.

"I know it's hard to see him like this," he continued, his gaze unwavering as he locked eyes with her, "but we have to hold onto hope. Warner wouldn't want us to give up, and neither should we."

With a soft smile, He squeezed her hand gently, his touch a silent pledge of solidarity and support. "We'll get through this together, Aleena," he said softly. "Just hold onto hope, and trust in Warner's strength. He won't let us down."

.....

She stood outside the ICU, her gaze fixed on Warner lying motionless within, her heart ached with a desperate longing.

The sight of him struggling for breath sent waves of anguish coursing through her veins, each labored gasp a painful reminder of the fragile thread that bound them together.

In a hushed whisper, barely audible above the hum of activity around her, Aleena spoke the words she dared not utter aloud. "Even if the world is ending, you'd come right," she murmured, her voice trembling with emotion. "I want you to hold me tight in this world. Please come over, please..."

Her plea hung in the air like a prayer, a silent invocation to the universe to grant her one last moment of solace in Warner's arms.

With tears streaming down her cheeks, Aleena pressed her hand against the glass separating them, her fingertips tracing the outline of his form as if willing him to feel her presence, to know that she was there, waiting for him to return to her.

As the nurses continued their frantic efforts to save Warner's life, Aleena stood vigil outside the ICU, her heart heavy with the weight of uncertainty.

But amidst the chaos and despair, she clung to a sliver of hope, a belief that love had the power to defy even the darkest of fates, and that somehow, someway, Warner would find his way back to her.

" I can see you standing, honey, with his arms around your body," the lyrics whispered softly, their haunting refrain mirroring the ache in Aleena's heart as she watched Warner fighting for his life.

"Laughing, but the joke's not funny at all."

With tears streaming down her cheeks, Aleena clung to the words of the lyrics like a lifeline, finding solace in the bittersweet beauty of their melody.

Each note seemed to weave itself into the fabric of her being, a symphony of sorrow that echoed the depths of her grief.

....

Aleena stood frozen in the hallway, her heart pounding in her chest, she couldn't help but overhear the hushed conversation between Alex, David, and the doctor.

Each word pierced through the air like a dagger, sending shivers down her spine and leaving her breathless with fear.

"As you all know, he had only a few months to survive," the doctor's voice echoed with solemnity, each syllable laden with the weight of the devastating news. "He is in critical condition now, his heart struggling to pump enough blood. We need to find a heart donor as soon as possible, or else..."

The words hung in the air like a death knell, the stark reality of Warner's situation crashing down upon Aleena with a crushing force.

She felt as if the ground had been ripped out from beneath her feet, leaving her suspended in a void of despair.

With trembling hands and tears streaming down her cheeks, Aleena struggled to comprehend the enormity of what she had just heard.

The thought of losing Warner, of a future without him by her side, was more than she could bear.

"So , they hid a big thing from me. Warner is suffering from heart disease and he HID THAT FROM ME"

But even as fear and betrayal threatened to consume her, a flicker of determination ignited within her soul.

She knew that she would do whatever it took to save the man she loved, to fight for their future together with every ounce of strength she possessed.

With renewed resolve, Aleena wiped away her tears and squared her shoulders, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

For she refused to let go of hope, refused to accept defeat in the face of adversity.

And as she stepped forward into the unknown, she vowed to do everything in her power to keep Warner alive, to hold onto their love with unwavering faith and determination.
