Let me stay there.
In that place...
By your side.
Let me see the world through your eyes, for a while.

Let me stay there.
In your heart...
Your soul.
Let me feel the world as we grow, for a while.

Let me stay by your side.
Feel your hand in mine as they entwined around this darkness I have stirring.

Let me stay.
To hear the song that once trickled down from my heart; now bursting at the seams as if it was held by...
NOTHING.

Let me stay by the sides of those that made me laugh.
Cherish.
Loved.
Let me stay by your side.
Just one more day,
By your side.
