Who is My Father?

    Me and Leo have gotten pretty close lately. After backing him up from Raph's comments towards him with the whole Purple Dragon incident, we've just been hanging out a bit more. "Oh look, Splinter junior is teaching Splinter junior the second, to be like him even more than she already is." Raph smirked, leaning against the doorway, and I rolled my eyes after dodging another attack sent from Leo, sending a ninja star right next to Raph. "Aw come on Raph, you're just jealous I'm practicing with Leo, instead of you." I said, and he smirked back and took back the ninja star for himself, walking over. "Fine, let's do it, two on one. I bet I can still beat you." He stated and me and Leo looked at each other, with a big grin on our faces. "Deal." 

When Donnie came in me and Leo had Raph surrounded,"Check it out guys." I looked over at Donnie,"We are about to take our ninjitsu to a whole new level!" I blinked as he seemed excited about something,  and I knew that most likely meant a new invention. With a look from Leo, as Raph looked away, Leo swiped him off his feet, and I placed my foot down. "You just got beat by Splinter junior the second." I mocked, grinning as he grumbled and shoved me off, making me just smile as Donnie ignored us and held up what looked like an egg. "Last night, I learned how to make, ninja smoke bombs!" 

"Woah." We all spoke in unison, when he showed off using one of them. He explained how he made them, and Raph interrupted,"Blah, blah, science. Do it again!!" he said excitedly, and Donnie put his hand against his hip. "What I'm trying to tell you guys is, they take a long time to make, so use them sparingly." He stated, and I nodded,"Yes sir." I said making Leo chuckle,  until Mikey called out," I'm making breakfast! Who wants omelets?" I wasn't too concerned until Donnie made the connection. "Omelets? Mikey, don't!" He tried to go warn, but it was too late. Mikey appeared in the dojo, coughing from the smoke. 

"Uh, I think that was a rotten egg." he said and Donnie informed him of what they were, while Leo and I laughed at our brother's reaction as a whole to the smoke bombs. "Those aren't eggs, Mikey. They're ninja smoke bombs." Donnie said, and Mikey seemed a bit too excited about that,"Shut up." He said in excitement, and started to overly use them." This...Is the best day...of my life!" he exclaimed and Donnie glared at his brother. "Mikey, stop!" he shouted hoping to get his brother to stop using the smoke bombs before they could actually put them to good use. But he just did it one last time to annoy him, causing Donnie to facepalm. "I love you man!" Mikey said, kissing his brother's cheek as to which I shook my head. Then April came in terrified, almost like she's seen a ghost or something. 

Glancing at Raph when he laughed at her statement of being chased by a giant pigeon, and I sighed when Mikey used yet another smoke bomb to get Splinter. After listening to April's story of what happened, I felt bad for her that she was suddenly having all of this weird stuff happening to her. But Donnie did have a good idea to use her as bait, and have us follow her. So when the creature shows up, we'll capture them and make them explain why they were after her. Which is what we were doing but even I noticed she was talking kind of weird, and Donnie confirmed my thoughts when even he asked what she was doing. "You wanted me to be bait, I'm bait!" she stated, and Donnie sighed,"That's not how bait talks." 

"How do you know how bait talks?" April asked annoyed." I know bait doesn't talk back." He retorted and even I couldn't help but to "Ooooo" with the guys. "Oh no you didn't." Mikey said with some sas, and I giggled at his goofiness. "Just act natural." Donnie said nervously getting back into his hiding place. "Here I am, acting natural.  Just totally defenseless, against, I don't know any hideous mutant pigeon guy who might happen upon me." she stated before she continued walking, and I sighed glancing at Leo who just smiled and shrugged knowing too that she still didn't get it. 

But it seemed to work, seeing there actually was something coming after her, and when we came out and captured the guy before he could hurt her, she looked at Donnie. "And you said I wasn't good bait." Turns out the pigeon guy was actually a guest of the Kraang. He managed to escape, and he was able to send a message to her from her father, saying to get out of the city.  We now had a new problem, and I saw the look in Leo's eyes as we stood on the rooftop while Donnie opened up a entryway to the building. "Let's do this." April said and Leo stopped her,"We need you to wait here, April."
