TMNT's Sister and Lover?

Awakening

  I groaned and opened my eyes, immediately closing them from the blinding light at first. I was in a makeshift bed in the living room, and after a few moments, I was able to open my eyes and see that the tv was on and Leo had fallen asleep watching tv. I went to get up, but a sharp pain stopped me in my tracks, and I grunted, breathing out shakily, as the pain that felt like fire shot through me.  I was confused as to what happened, wondering why I was in the living room, and not in my bed like normal, until I lookedown seeing the bandages around my waist. Images flashed through my mind, and I froze remembering now what happened. Shredder. 

"(Y/N)? (Y/N)!" I almost thought the voice was a part of my imagination until I blinked and saw Leo was awake, and giving  me a concerned and very worried look. "Are you alright?" he asked and I tried to speak at first, but found my throat dry, and he seemed to notice as he looked back at the kitchen. "Hold on I'll be back." he said, and I ran my hand through my hair, sighing shakily as I stared at my hands, not believing what had happened to us. Leo soon came back with a glass of water, and I smiled being grateful for it as soon as I gulped down the first sip, feeling my throat being immediately rehydrated again. "T-Thank you Leo, that feels better." I breathed out, and he smiled and sat back down next to me after I sat the glass of water on the floor. 

   "Are you okay? Are you hurting any?" he asked, and I sighed softly as I processed everything. "Not much when sitting still, but if I move, it's like a sharp pain... I'm not sure if I'll be able to get up for awhile on my own at least." I told him, knowing for a fact I would have to get up at some point, but I knew with the amount of pain I was in, I wouldn't be able to move properly without any pain for awhile.  "How long have I been...you know...." I asked softly knowing it has probably been a while considering how Leo looks like he's been healed mostly by his own wounds Shredder caused him. "Donnie has pain meds for your pain so I'll get those... and almost a week. You had us all worried. Even Raph took over and watched you for a few nights." He said, which made me smile small." Really? Even after...what..." I hesitated remembering what Shredder claimed, and it made my heart race. Was I really his daughter? Splinter never mentioned him having a child, but I supposed anything could be possible. 

It made my stomach turn thinking about it, and I felt a hand on my shoulder, and Leo speak. "(Y/N), I know what you're thinking right now, and none of us have our minds changed about you. If... if it is true.... we still love you no matter what. You're family, always." He said and with all the emotions running through my mind, I broke down, and hugged him with tears streaming down my cheeks.

"T-Thank you Leo.. I just.... what about Sensei? I've always thought of him as my father, and he is... he's my dad, but knowing Shredder could be biologically my father I... I don't want to hurt him..." I muttered and Leo frowned. "You won't... I told him what happened, and what Shredder said-" he started and my eyes widened. "You what?" I asked sitting up in a panic, only to wince and grunt in pain, and for him to stop me from moving much more. 

"I told him what happened...he wants to speak with you soon, but he said that no matter what he loves us all. Like I said with us, we all love you no matter what. I know you're probably having a lot of things going on in your mind right now, but... just know that we still support you." He said softly placing his hand on mine, and I looked down at it, feeling a strange feeling I hadn't felt before. It felt warm and tingly, but as he took his hand back, it was gone just like that.

I breathed out heavily, and I nodded slowly," Okay...It's just... hard... I don't think I've even processed it yet... I never even really thought about who my real parents could be growing up.. but finding out who my biological father could be.... I can't... don't want to believe it..." I muttered and Leo smiled small, giving me a gentle hug, which I happily returned.

"I understand... you might take awhile to process it all... but you won't be alone. If you need anything (Y/N) were here for you. And speaking of, I'm going to get those pain medicines Donnie has in the lab for you. He got some from April." He said and I nodded smiling small as he left to go to the lab. I sighed and stared at my hands, until I heard someone walking in, and thought it was Leo until I saw Splinter heading towards my direction.

"Oh hey Sensei.." I muttered softly, glancing down as I wasn't sure if I didn't want to talk, but seein him sit down beside me, I knew I didn't have any choice. "Hello my daughter. How are you feeling?" he asked, and I sighed softly," It hurts when I move, but if I don't move at all it's fine..." I said avoiding eye contact, and Splinter hummed. "That's good... I assume you know we'll help you with anything while you're healing... physically and mentally." he stated which made me furrow my eyebrows and finally look up at him. "Mentally?" I asked not knowing what he meant at first until he smiled. "Since Leonardo told me what Shredder said to you 5 during your encounter.....I know you've been at war with yourself. That is apart of why you were out for so long. You were healing, and your mind was fighting against itsself." he paused looking down at me as to which I frowned, now knowing that he was right. I remembered a few things from when I was unconscious and Splinter noticed," Is everything alright?" I breathed out and looked, down fidlding with the blanket that was draped over me.

"When I was still unconscious... I was met with a faceless stranger...I only heard their voice... They guided me through what I had to go through, obstacles of my life at least from what he said....I had to go through challenges in order to come back, and he said I wouldn't be the same... but I don't know what he meant." I admitted, and he hummed stroking his beard. "Interesting...I suppose only time will tell. But, in the mean time, you need your rest to continue your healing journey." he paused and he placed his hand on my shoulder, making me look up at him. "Just know you are still my daughter, and I love you as such. You and your brothers are my children. Nothing has changed. I am proud to call you my daughter." 

At that, I couldn't help the tears that came down my cheaks, and I hugged him, being gentle since my side hurt with every little movement, but in the hug, it just made me feel a lot better, like the weight has been lifted off my shoulders. "Thank you father. I love you too." I said wiping the tears off my cheaks, which made him smile and stand up as Leo came back with the medicine. "Here you go, sorry I took so long, Donnie was showing me a new thing he was working on." he said and I smiled taking the medicine, and  using the water gulped it down, but even after putitng down the water, I couldn't really get comfortable. "Do you want in your bed? We just had you in here so we could keep an eye on you." Leo informed and I nodded sighing softly. "Yeah, I just can't get comfortable." I muttered, and he smiled small, and bent down, wrapping his arms underneath me. I wrapped my arms around his neck, and grunted as he picked me up bridal style at first, feeling his heart beating quickly, as my head laid against his chest, and I felt the warmth of his body take over mine. There was that feeling again, but I couldn't quite place it. It didn't feel like the fire from the pain with my side, but a different type of fire in my cheeks. 

"Thank you Leo..for everything." I said softly, feeling a little better now after everything that happened. "You're welcome (Y/N), anything for you..." He stated, our eyes locking as we just stared at each other silently, and he shook his head. "I-uh... I'll go let you get some rest." he said heading out the room and I furrowed my eyebrows confused. "Okay, thanks again." I muttered and I laid my head down on the pillow, staring at the lamp beside my beside. It suddenly turned off, which made me blink confused, as I turned it back on. "Huh.. odd..." I muttered shaking my head. "It's just nerves..." I muttered sighing shakily before shifting slightly, getting as comfortable as I could before drifting off to a deep slumber, a soft voice chuckling in the darkness.

Third POV

"It won't be long now.... your powers are growing stronger by the minute." A figure stood by the bed, looking down at the young girl. "Shame, they didn't wake up until now..that just means...." the voice paused as it turned off the light. "The Prophecy has begun."
