Fair warning, I'm not proud of this story.
I started this a few years ago back when I had a bright idea. The idea came from a dream I had. However, the execution could have been better.
(1)>Unfortunately, I made the mistake of writing this story in first person. Terribly written first person, might I add. It made the continuation of the story more and more difficult as I wrote chapter after chapter. Since I started this before I properly developed my writing, editing it also became difficult. Starting over wasn't exactly an option either.
(1)>Also, due to the story being something I started years ago, I lost sight of the plot. I'm not proud of how the story flows and how it ends. The ending is rushed because I wanted this to be over with. (It's rushed but... I want to be optimistic and think it's good? You be the judge if you make it there...) I didn't want to scrap this—and if you yourself are a writer, you'll understand that getting rid of any piece of your own writing gets tricky. Another unfortunate thing is that Karma may be a bit OOC (out of character). I did my best to write his personality but I don't think I captured it well.
Another note, the OC in this story may be confusing. I have an explanation in the description of my profile if you want to check that out real quick. It will help understand the plot just a slight bit. (And she might be bland...)
(1)>Now, this is my first ever published fic. Obviously it will be bad. There are ups and downs within the story and I agree, it is not the best. There are flaws—you've been warned. I didn't want this story to rot in my drafts and wanted to get it out. The reason for that want is because I am much more focused on many other things I am writing. As of this edit, I am working on a fic I am much more proud of. It is taking me a while to write and I hope to one day publish it. Maybe one day you may enjoy it.
Feel free to leave whatever comments you would like, but do avoid anything negative. If it's not nice, don't say anything at all and keep it to yourself. It'll pass.
This has gone on long enough, and if you made it here, welcome and thank you! This was written for fun and hopefully some others enjoy it as well. That is enough from me and if I have anything else to add I will update this authors note. There is no other notes from me within the story and it will stay that way.
