1 Month Later...

Chloe Pov

"Hey my beautiful baby.." I cooed to Adeya as she woke up from her little nap. She was one month now and she has gotten so big. She has little fat rolls now and I love it.

She looked at me for a second then busted into tears. I knew that was her hungry cry. I picked her up and pulled my shirt up letting her latch onto my nipple.

I smiled watching as she ate. I looked back down at my laptop shopping for some more baby clothes.

She's outgrown all her newborn stuff so I have to get more. I've only used this black card for Adeya and her only. I didn't want Kehlani to use it against me even though I don't think she would I'm still not taking any chances.

Kehlani is gonna be here later tonight to pick her up since it's her turn to have her. I've already texted her and told her to get her bigger clothes because she can't fit newborn clothes anymore. I have pumped milk for her so it should last the three days. If not I packed formula because I know she can a little fussy at night.

I packed her bag all of that stuff.

I've started therapy sessions again because I wanna heal fully and have peace.

Kehlani has been chill surprisingly. She's laid off me and I actually really enjoy it.

As long as she takes care of Adeya then I'm all good.

I felt Adeya stop sucking so I pulled her off and placed her on my shoulder and started to burp her.

I got up and walked around trying to get her to burp faster. After at least five minutes she burped twice so I laid her back down on her baby pillow.

I looked at the time and it was 6:30 Kehlani should be here by seven. I bought a few more things for her and closed my laptop. I was very cold outside today so I grabbed one of her winter jackets and a hat.

I put her in the jacket and laughed because it's still too big for her but I don't want her getting sick so she's gonna wear it. I put her hat on and picked her up placing her in the car seat.

I grabbed her bag and then her car seat and started heading downstairs. As soon as I got downstairs there was a knock at the door. I sat Adeya's car seat on the couch and went to the door. I opened it and seen Kehlani I decided to ignore the fact that she looked really good but sometimes I feel like she comes over here looking good on purpose.

"Come in I know it's cold out there" I said opening the door wider so she could come in.

"Appreciate it.." She said lowly and I scrunched my face up. What's wrong with her?

I seen Halle walk down the stairs trying to be sneaky but I notice her every single time. She does this every time Kehlani comes over. I think she's still afraid Kehlani will put her hands on me and she wants to be the one that beats her ass.

I wish Kehlani would though I will let Elizabeth beat her ass and nobody wants that ass whoppin.

She plopped on the couch and sat there.

"Did you get her new clothes?" I asked know I texted her to tell her Adeya outgrown all newborn clothes.

"I did..." She said and I nodded.

"Well I packed so more clothes I pumped some more milk and some extra formula in case you run out. That's all you really need to know. If something happens text me you can leave now." I said and turned on my heel. Before I could even take one step I felt a hand on my arm and pull me back.
