Ryu : A new night shift part-timer?

Ryu and his family were on the dinner table as they were having dinner, while Uncle Seoung was telling them about the new part-timer who he appointed today.

Seoung : Yeah, just appointed him today.

Jeong : But, what happened to the previous Part-timer?

Seoung : (sigh) he was also a high schooler but he graduated high school and went abroad to study further.

Rei : So, how's the new guy then?

Rei asks as she takes a bite out of some bossam.

Seoung : Well, the first kid that came into the store was handsome so I thought if I appoint him I'll get some more customers.

Rei : He's hot!

Jeong : Hold your horses, young lady.

Seoung : Yeah, turns out the kid was only there to ask for the job for a friend not for himself.

Rei : Bummer...

Ryu : Did you gave the job to his friend?

Seoung : At first, I wasn't gonna give it, but turns out that friend of his, knows many things about the products. So, I gave him the job.

Seoung suddenly looks at Ryu.

Seoung : Oh, that kid that asked the job for his friend wore the same uniform of your school.

Ryu : My school?

Seoung : Yeah, he had blue eyes and black hair. And he was pretty handsome and fairly tall. You know him?

Ryu : Blue eyes and handsome...?

A bulb lits up besides Ryu's head, realising who Uncle Seoung was talking about.

Ryu : did he looked like he was nervous and always smiled?

Seoung : Now that I think about it, Yeah.

Ryu : Yep, I know him.

Rei suddenly gets into Ryu's face and asks him.

Rei : You know the hot guy!

Ryu : Get off my face and Yes, I know him. infact he sits right besides me.

Seoung : Whoa, Can you please tell him to be the part-timer instead of his friend?

Ryu stares at his uncle with no emotion.

Ryu : No.

Seoung : Why not?

Ryu : Because the guy is way too simple minded and naive and besides...

Ryu takes a piece of kimchi and looks at it.

Ryu : ....He doesn't know shit about cigarettes.

Ryu eats the kimchi as his uncle and sister stares at him.

Seoung and Rei : 'What does that have to do with anything?!'

Ryu squints his eyebrows as he thinks.

Ryu : 'This shit is Sour!'

Jeong notices Ryu's face and offer's him some water.

Jeong : Ryu, Do you want some water?

Ryu : Oh, Yeah actually. Thank you.

It's 10:30 and Ryu was taking a stroll by himself after dinner.
