A few moments went by with Scaramouche laying in Kazuha's lap. Kazuha didn't mind it. All that mattered to him that everyone was okay. "Are you sure you don't know where Nahida went? I may or may not have to apologize to her." Scaramouche asked. "I'm...not really sure where she went. But don't worry, I'm sure she'll come back soon." Kazuha replied. Right on cue, the doors of the Sanctuary burst open and Nahida rushed in.

"SCARA!! KAZUHA!!" Nahida exclaimed as she rushed to the boy's side. She was filled with sadness and relief that they were both safe and okay. "I'm so sorry! I was so worried about you two. I'm so glad that my healing worked on the both of you." Nahida said. "I should have thought about that wretched doctor earlier..." Nahida muttered. Her mind rushed with thoughts and questions as she stayed silent.

"Nahida, I'm so sorry. I'm sorry I made you worry about me and that I had to put both of you into this mess." Scaramouche said. Nahida knelt down to Scaramouche's level and put both of her hands on Scaramouche's face and looked him in the eyes. Hot tears blurred Nahida's vision. "Scara, you didn't do anything wrong. None of this is your fault. None of this! We're just glad that you're conscious and safe." Nahida said.

Nahida flashed a soft smile while her tears streamed down her face. She let out a sigh of relief while she wiped tears off her face. She softly laughed as she gazed upon the boys. "Hey, there's no need to be sad, Nahida. You don't need to worry about anything." Kazuha said. Nahida took a deep breath and sighed. "You're right. No one's to blame for the past few days. Well, maybe Dottore....but he doesn't count! It's almost sundown, and we should have a good rest of our evening!" Nahida exclaimed.

She put her hands on her hips, despite sitting down. Nahida's reassuring statements seemed to light up the room along with everybody's moods.

"I hate do to this to you guys, but I have to take my leave. Being an Archon always has its duties.  Before I leave, I need to give you two something," Nahida put her cupped hands to her chest and closed her eyes. A moment later, she leveled her arms down and a pink Astrantia replaced the empty space in her hands.

"If you want to go out while I'm gone and you encounter danger, you pull a petal off the flower and then I'll know and then I'll come to you!" Nahida established. She handed the flower to Kazuha, who held it gently. Scaramouche perked up from Kazuha's lap and sat up. He stared at the flower in Kazuha's possession, and then stared at Nahida.

"I see we're choosing favorites now?" Scaramouche said. Why would Kazuha get the flower instead of himself? "No, I'm not. Kazuha's just...how do I say this...more responsible." Nahida said. Scaramouche was shocked. "Nahida! You've known Kazuha for like, a few days. But you've known me for months." Scaramouche said, clearly joking.

Nahida looked towards the door. "Um...It is what it is? I'll take my leave now. Goodbye!" Nahida exclaimed as she rushed out of the sanctuary with a slam of the doors. Scaramouche chuckled to himself and looked towards Kazuha. He was now scribbling something in his notebook he got not too long ago at the marketplace. Scaramouche peered over Kazuha's shoulder, curious to see what he was writing. Kazuha quickly shut the notebook and looked at Scaramouche with a smug smile.

"Curious to see what I'm writing?" Kazuha asked. It was none of Scaramouche's business, but he actually was, in fact, oddly curious. "Maybe I am. What, is it about me?" Scaramouche asked. Kazuha held the book to his chest. "Who knows what it's about? A poem is like a gift. You don't know what you're going to get until you read it." Kazuha said with the same soft smile on his face. Scaramouche then wrapped his arms around Kazuha's neck, like some sort of hug while resting his head on Kazuha's shoulder.

"Kazuha, do you want to go somewhere?" Scaramouche asked. "Hmm? And where would that be?" Kazuha replied. Scaramouche thought about it. Where would they go? He then remembered the promise he made to Kazuha. The day he got taken. He remembered what he said to Kazuha that day: <em>"How about we go to the forest? It's....scenic. I think you might enjoy it. We can walk around together."
