When a person draws closer to Allah and becomes more righteous, they also become wiser and more peaceful. They become calm, kind and composed.
People begin to describe them as an "old soul".
And that is true, because they're returning back to their original soul.
The soul that stood in front of Allah in another realm, a long time ago and said, "Yes I believe".
