Brief Review: This was my favourite out of all of the books I judged, the vocabulary is top-tier and the first line instantly had me intrigued. The only complaint I had was length, although I gave a high score in that category as I thought the convolution of the plot couldn't have been summed up in a shorter amount of words.

Brief Review: The vocabulary and symbolism absolutely astonished me. The blurb did its job in making me want to read the book and it evokes such feeling that you can't ignore it.

Brief Review: The blurb interested me for sure, it's vague but not vague enough that you have no interest, I feel like it makes you think "Well, I have to find out what happens next!" and that's a very important feature of any good blurb.
