Never Have I Ever

"Never have I ever." Sam said defiantly as he stood in front of the circle gathering on the large square-shaped couch that Pepper had bought for herself. It had begun to rain a little outside but the cold and darkness of the night sky was drowned out by the cosy blankets layed out all around and the gentle lights casting a glow around the room.

"What?" Bucky and Steve questioned in unison, Steve chuckling and glancing over at Bucky, then turning away as he blushed at Bucky's little smile.

"Never have I ever. It's a little game we could play, it doesn't have to be long, but we could get to know more about each other..." Sam said, coughing out the last phrase suggestively.

Bruce rolled his eyes at the indication Sam had made, "That doesn't really sound like my idea of fun, Sam," then, as no one backed him up, he looked around and said, "anyone else?"

"It's only boring if you're boring Bruce, the people make the game." Tony sighed as he sat down at the end of the cough with a couple bottles in his hands.

"And what are you holding Tony? You're not seriously using this as a excuse to drink as well? I can't believe I stick around with you people!" Bruce responded disappointedly.

Sensing Bruce's wishes to leave, Sam cut into the conversation, "Please stay Bruce, it could be fun, and we need someone here to calm us down if we get too hectic."

Bruce reluctantly mumbled in agreement, "I'm only staying to keep everyone safe, okay?"

The group cheered as Bruce got himself comfortable on the couch next to Steve and Bucky, causing Steve to have shuffle up, bumping into Bucky's metal arm in the process, sprouting a tiny jumble of 'sorry's' and 'it's okay's' as Natasha stared at them both knowingly from her place next to Tony on the other end of the couch.

Sam shuffled to the kitchen to get the other Avengers currently staying at Stark Towers, as Tony handed out cups to everyone in the circle, placing the bottles in the middle of them all. Thor and Clint cheered as they took in the scene and rushed to take their places between Bruce and Natasha. Pepper followed behind them with an expensive glass of white wine clutched to her chest as she sat down beside a proud Tony Stark. They kissed gently and Clint rolled his eyes, making Natasha giggle.

"Alright everyone's here and we all know the rules so let's start!" Sam announced, "Pepper, you first."

"Oh, well I'll have to think," she said, putting the white wine in the centre, "I'll start off simple, never have I ever flown a plane."

Everyone glanced around as Sam, Steve, Bucky, Natasha and Tony all reached for the bottles, discovering pure vodka. Sam and Natasha squealed in glee as Steve and Bucky simply laughed to themselves.

"You haven't flown a plane Steve, you've crashed a plane," Tony joked.

Steve rolled his eyes, "it's not like the alcohols going to affect me anyway so I might as well just drink."

"I thought that would get more of you," Pepper mused, "anyway, it's your turn honey."

"Hmm? Yeah, I'll think." Tony replied as he gulped down a shot of the vodka and felt it burn down his throat, to his right Natasha smiled smugly, clearly not having as strong of a reaction as him.

"I know we just started, but you guys get boring real quick so I'm gonna spice it up for us okay?" Tony said, ignoring Bruce's groan from across the room, "never have I ever had sex in public."

Disgusted looks erupted around the room as Tony grinned widely and Pepper hid her face in her hands, the two of them being the only ones to reach for the drinks.

"Alright I'm gonna need a storytime," Sam smirked.

"No!" Pepper cried out, Bruce nodding in agreement with her.
