Upon arriving back to their temporary home, they all laughed and teased each other, especially YangJin, since he just met his mate. "Shut it! I just met the guy!" He yelled but smiled amusingly at his siblings' jokes. YiJoon chuckled sweetly, but immediately stopped, when he felt something, he hadn't felt for a very long time.
His sudden silence made everyone stop to look at him with worry. "Little Lily? What is it" JoonWoo asked but as soon as the words left his mouth, YiJoon rushed to the house, ignoring the worrid yells of the others, as they ran after him.
The door opened with a loud bang and it made all the adults look at the door with shock. Noticing YiJoon standing at the door with wide eyes and tears glistening in them, ready to spill at any moment. His mouth was slightly opened as he breathed heavily, looking from one adult to the other, finally stopping on the three figures who rose from the sofa and turned fully to the boy with tears in their eyes and small smiles. "Papa? Dad? Father?" He whispered out as a smile slowly formed on his lips and after a second, he rushed to them, throwing himself on the three, making them laugh softly "YiJoon?!" Came the worried voices of the others, who only froze upon entering the room. Sadie gasped, nearly falling to her knees if it weren't for JoonWoo's arms which caught her quickly, not even looking at her as his eyes were glued to his fathers'.
InSu sighed in relief to see his baby brother safe while he smiled at his fathers with a glint of relief in his eyes. Nolan whispered to his mate to pinch him because he wasn't sure if he had finally lost his last marbles. Icarus breathed out a laugh from disbelief while UJin blinked his eyes trying to process what was happening and ChoWoong squealed in joy, clapping his hands in excitement. Orion and IangJin's eyes filled with tears and smiles slowly painted their lips as they rushed to their fathers, hugging them tightly.
The three youngest Endless were the ones to miss their fathers the most as the last time they had seen them, was when they first went to Earth thousands of years ago. They truly were overjoyed to have their fathers back finally and they didn't want to let them go, too afraid that they would disappear from them.
Morpheus finally looked up at his other children and chuckled softly, feeling YiJoon's grip on him tighten "It's alright, Little One, we're not leaving you anymore" His tone was soft but with a strict promise attached to it. Loki and Lucifer were freed from YangJin's and Orion's grips before they were once again swarmed by the arms of the rest of their children, all the while YiJoon let his feet hit the ground and bring both him and Morpheus closer to the group, all drowning in the group hug, tears spilling from their eyes and quiet promises of never leaving each other again were heard.
While the family was hugging, Shin, Simeon and Alma smiled at each other while the two males brought Luke into a hug, all of them watching the family reunion with the boys' mates grinning at the sweet moment.
After the heartfelt moment, everyone was sitting at the table, Alma putting down food and drinks as they spoke with each other. YiJoon sat close to his fathers, grinning with his eyes closed like a child, whenever one of them would softly run their fingers through the boy's hair. "We are very proud of you, my loves. And we truly are sorry we couldn't be with you throughout all of your achievements and help you in your pain" Loki said with a sad smile, hating himself for not stopping Odin from his cruelty. "Dáð, you cannot blame yourself for something out of your control" (dáð-dad in old Norse/Swedish/Icelandic), InSu said softly not mad at all at either of his fathers for the life that he and his siblings had to face. "Right, the two old bastards are to blame. Fucking up peace is the only thing they know how to do" UJin said but Nolan quickly butted in with a bitter face Fucking is the wrong verb as it should give you pleasure. They, on the other hand, make our lives miserable" Lucifer smirked at his son's bitter joke, Loki snorted and Morpheus hid his smile by putting his cup of tea to his lips.
