Morpheus was taken aback by what Lucienne had told him. Leaving his family behind to learn that they were once again in grave danger was not what he expected to hear. He was frozen to the core. His eyes filled with tears that refused to fall. Matthew argued with the librarian, not accepting his master's misery and trying to find ways to avoid the danger or get rid of it as quickly as possible.

Although grateful for the raven's care, Morpheus finally spoke. "And how did you discover this danger?" He asked, silence falling between the arguing duo as they looked at the God of Dreams, whose gaze was empty, he was not fully there with them. Lucienne took a deep breath... "It appears Jehovah sent out some rogue demons. And Odin sent his minions out to search for the boys..." Her gentle voice held a carefulness, she discovered something terrible and dreaded telling her master the news... "Tell me" He started, still not looking at her but when silence met his ears, his gaze hardened and with a shaken breath, he said "Tell me the truth. I know you've found something and I need to know what" The look he gave her, was similar to the one he had when he returned from his century-long imprisonment. Lucienne took a second to think before she started "I do not know why... But they gave up searching for all the children" Morpheus said nothing, knowing there was more to what she was telling him.

"All but one, my Lord..." Her voice was shaking and she knew she didn't have to finish her sentence for Morpheus to understand. His jaw was tightly shut and Matthew sighed beside him, knowing that their sweet reunion was too good to be truly lasting for longer than a few days. If not the supernatural-infested town, then their foes from the past would be catching up to them in no time. The only real question was... Why them? The Endless nodded his head absentmindedly "Who?" He asked and Lucienne shook her head "I do not know, My Lord. Lord Destiny is trying his best to see the future but it's blocked... I'm sorry, my Lord" Her apologies were not necessary, as she was not to blame for the tragedies happening to the most loving family of gods.

Matthew was not happy with the outcome of their trip either. He was getting comfortable in the presence of Orion's Raven, Karasu. Not only that, his masters and their whole family were finally getting their much-needed happy moment and everyone thought it would be a happy ending to their tragic story. Now, to know that the precious bean of the family was in grave danger was something even more terrible than years stuck in a cage or centuries of torture. "It is truly a Greek Tragedy..." The raven muttered, a deafening silence filling the room after his words. A Greek Tragedy, indeed...

 A Greek Tragedy, indeed
