Luke was now with Jeremy, the two talking, missing the glances Stefan was giving the angel, while Damon informed the girls that YangJin was now in on them. "I'm glad Jenna is alright. When I saw her today, I really didn't expect her to come back injured" The Gilbert boy smiled at Luke, happy to see that his aunt was an important person to the boy too. "Yeah, she is clumsy but the good thing is, she'll survive," He said, hiding the fact that she was stabbed. Luke narrowed his eyes. He knew something was up. This town reeked of death and destruction. besides, he got YangJin's message about his plan.
YiJoon joined the two in a pretty bad moment since who appeared to be Elena came towards them. Luke felt that she was not the human doppelganger and he noticed her eyes widen at the sight of YiJoon, who gently smiled at her. "Elena" Jeremy said with a fake smile. "We'll leave you two to speak. Meet us later?" Luke said, taking the youngest Endless and dragging him away from the vampire and the boy. Oron's eyes narrowed when he saw Luke dragging his confused little brother and he walked towards them "What's up with you?" He asked emotionlessly but in his eyes, you could see the worry and confusion.
Luke chuckled, making a face to Orion that danger was here and the Endless understood. He nodded his head and smiled at YiJoon, who fired questions in his innocent tone "Shh, It's fine. Joonie, don't worry. Luke suddenly didn't feel too fine. Would you like to accompany him outside for some fresh air? I'll tell the rest you're out" Hearing this, YiJoon's eyes widened and he looked at the angel "Oh! I'm so sorry! Why didn't you tell me sooner? Oh, here, come on, let's get you some fresh air" YiJoon was now leading Luke out, his voice tender and sweet, as he made sure Luke was feeling alright.
Orion sighed in relief. His eyes locked on with YangJin's who nodded his head. Well, it seemed like vacation was over for them and hard work, surviving and murder was back in town. They just hoped YiJoon wouldn't have to face the horrors of the world. "YangJin, you seem pretty tense, what happened?" Stefan asked, discreetly looking around for his mate. "Oh, well... YiJoon and Luke went out, something about our cousin not feeling too well. I'm worried" Stefan was a sore subject for YangJin. He knew well, the younger Salvatore was dating the doppelwench, while Luke was his mate. And it didn't sit right with the Endless to have his cousin watch the two together, knowing fully well, that Stefan was feeling the bond and slowly walking towards it. "Oh, is Luke alright?" He asked and YangJin turned to him with a sarcastic smirk "Honey, you are the last person to ask that. Now, go get your slut of a girlfriend, because I see Elena and Katherine here" With that, he left to get Orion and go home, not ready to fight the vampires since YiJoon was still close. But his words left Stefan speechless and frozen in place.
