Anna walked into her dorm and was greeted by unfamiliar faces. She didn't mind the other girls, instead she just went to her bed and sat on it.
One of the girls approached her, the girl had blond hair and a button nose, her eyes were blue and she walked in a poised manner. She seemed as if she thought she owned the place, she was also clearly a leader.
"Are you the transfer?" The girl asked in a bored tone.
"I am. And you are?" Anna replied.
"I am Amaryllis Fawley. Now, let's set a few ground rules shall we?" Farley spoke quickly.
Anna tilted her head to the left. "Go on then."
"First, there's a boy in out year named Percival Parkinson. That's my boyfriend, don't even talk to him. Second, keep your.." Farley looked at Anna's things with a scowl, "Things in your space. Oh, and remember not to cross me or you'll regret it."
Anna blinked and chuckled. "Farley, I have no interest in any of the boys here, so don't worry about your Percival when it comes to me."
"You'd better not." She retorted before going back to her friends.
Anna turned her back to the girls and rolled her eyes.
Great, now I get to room with a bunch of Hündinnen. (Bitches)
Anna made sure to organize her things in a comprehensible manner. Then she went to bed, or tried to.
The other girls spoke and giggled about various things for hours. It was very late before they quieted down, Anna simply pretended to be asleep and quickly drifted off after the girls stopped talking.

4:30am
The next morning Anna woke long before any of her roommates, which she was glad for.
She was aware that the early hour made it to where she would have to wait longer for breakfast but she didn't mind.
Getting up this early had its advantages. She could explore the school and find all her classes, for which she found the paper containing them and the times to be there in her bedside cabinet.
Anna also found that she likely would not get along with any of her peers in Slytherin. Most of them either ignored her or annoyed her. Which wasn't unusual considering the fact that Anna never enjoyed company anyway.
She quickly but quietly got into her new uniform. She didn't like it, it was not as warm or as elegant as her Durmstrang uniform.
Instead of tossing her other uniform into her trunk, she carefully folded it up, used the reducing charm on it and put it in a small pouch that she would then put in her trunk.
One thing that was different about the Hogwarts students is it didn't seem to matter the age of the student, they never seemed to take advantage of spells like reducio.
Maybe it was because of them not being allowed to use magic until after graduation. That wasn't an issue for Anna, her parents gladly did the spell for her after she had learned it. This made packing much easier and her things much lighter.
She sighed and walked out of her dorm to explore the grounds.
Anna walked down stairs to the main common room and she saw a boy sitting on one of the chairs alone. It was the same boy from dinner the day before.
She approached him and spoke to him.
"Severus Snape is it?" She gave a cordial smile.
Snape looked over. "Yes, that's me. Just Severus works." He spoke softly.
"You're up early." Anna commented.
"I could say the same to you." He replied.
Anna gave a chuckle. "Up early to explore the school and learn its grounds."
"Good luck. Some kids get lost repeatedly their first time." Snape informed.
"I have a good sense of direction. Thank you though." Anna replied.
Snape simply gave a nod which told her he was done talking. Anna then turned and left the common rooms to explore the school.

As Snape said, the school was enormous. Anna found all of her classes in the order she had them. But she couldn't seem to find the great hall and it was almost time for breakfast.
She calmly wandered around the school trying to find the great hall. At this point her stomach growled with hunger and she could feel a great sense of annoyance rise within her.
Anna found herself back by the transfiguration classroom again. She groaned as she turned to walk down a different hall. It seemed she should have minded Snape's warning more than she had.
She walked down the hall quickly and rounded a corner. Anna crashed into a boy and stumbled back.
"Sorry, I didn't see you." Anna spoke before she saw him.
The boy had light brown hair that was short and a few scars on his face. He simply looked over and replied.
"It's alright. Are you okay?" His voice was kind.
"Yeah I'm fine." Anna replied. She then noticed the three other boys by him.
One had glasses, messy unkept hair that was almost black in color, a sharp nose and Green-gray eyes.
The one next to him had Chestnut hair that was curly and down to his shoulders. Pale skin, a somewhat hooked chin, and gray eyes.
The last boy had semi long golden hair that was brushed back carelessly, his two front teeth were a little larger than the others, a pointed nose, and he had blue eyes.
"I've never seen you before, are you the transfer?" The boy with the glasses spoke up.
"Yes, I am. How many times am I going to be asked this?" Anna replied.
"Probably a couple hundred times." The boy with the curly hair answered.
"Probably." Anna sighed.
The boy she had run into spoke again. "So, what's your name? I'm Remus Lupin."
"Anna Fehlter." She gave a nod.
"How are you finding Hogwarts?" The blond asked.
"Honestly, it's okay, though all of my housemates seem to be... Eccentric to put it nicely." Anna replied.
"Ah, that's Slytherin for ya." The boy with the glasses replied. "I'm James Potter by the way."
"Oh yeah," the blond spoke again, "Peter Pettigrew, sorry I forgot to introduce myself earlier."
"It's alright." Anna replied.
"And I'm Sirius Black." The curly haired one spoke last.
"Ah, Sirius, I met your little brother yesterday." Anna replied to him.
Sirius scrunched his nose, "Sorry about that, he wasn't too annoying, was he?"
"Not really, he's persistent, and stubborn, but given time to mature those will be good traits." Anna shrugged.
"So, yes, he was annoying." James added with a laugh.
"Minimally, especially when you compare him to the girls I've met." Anna scowled slightly.
"Oh boy, which ones did you meet?" Sirius laughed.
"Amaryllis Fawley and her gang." Anna informed.
"Oh, they can be annoying." Peter replied.
"I'd say more rude than anything, but that's about how it is." Remus added.
"Neither of you are wrong." Said Anna.
"Anyway, Breakfast is soon." James spoke up. "Do you want to walk to the great hall with us?"
"I don't see why not." Anna replied.
"Then let's go!" Sirius wrapped an arm around Anna's shoulders and started walking the direction she had just come.
