Robin: You guys can't ignore each other forever you know.
It was Robin and Steve's last day working at family video and they were both concerned about Max and Mikes relationship. The pair hadn't spoken to eachother at all over the past week and they had been getting along so well before that.
Steve: Yeah come on guys don't you think it's a bit much?
Mike: I'm good. I don't have a problem, it's her. She won't speak to me.
Max: You haven't even said a word to me the past week? Why are you trying to make out that I'm the problem?
Steve: Okay there's no need for any arguing, we have a lot to get through today.
Robin: Yeah we're trying to pass on our legacy right now so you guys better start listening.
Steve: just keep it professional at work guys. You're going to have to work together and help eachother out at some point realistically so being on bad terms just isn't helpful to anyone.
Max: I'm cool with being professional or whatever. I'm fine working with him. Yeah I don't like that he just tried to make out I was ignoring him or something when he literally made no effort to talk to me, but I'm not hung up on it.
Mike: Okay well sorry that's just how it looked.
Max: Okay.
Max acted extremely neutral about the situation. On the inside she was pissed off and angry, but she didn't let it show because she knew her job was important and she didn't want to bring outside drama into that space.
Mike: Okay?
Robin and Steve took the pair through everything they needed to know.
Steve: Luckily you've obviously had a good amount of prep over the summer so I'm quite happy with you guys taking over.
Max: Yeah I think we're both pretty comfortable with what we're doing.
Mike: Yeah.
It was 9 o clock, Steve and Robin were preparing to leave, Max and Mike were due to finish at 10.
Robin: So this is it. I'll be back at Christmas time and a few other holiday for random shifts but obviously it won't be the same.
Steve: You guys will obviously still see me around but yeah it will be weird saying bye to this job.
They all say their goodbyes, Max and Mike stood around waiting for customers.
Mike: What is with you?
Max: What?
Mike: Your acting so strange?
Max: How am I acting strange?
