Broken promises

'Skyes pov'
I quickly walk out the door and close it hoping I wouldn't wake ward, but I jinxed it and he woke up, luckily I handcuffed him knowing exactly what he would do if he woke up in the process of me leaving, and I was right, as soon as the door closed I sprinted out of the b&b and ran pushing past people till I could get to a safe distant away and in the dark corner opposite, and as I predicated ward came running out, pushing people over and for some reason only in his pants, I smirk at the thought that he cares enough to come running out in a busy public place, with loads of people to see him in his pants, but my smile soon fades when I realise why I have left him, why I broke the promise, but he must know it's for him, my life doesn't outway the many I care about I can't let them get hurt because of me and I hope one day that he'll understand that and except I did it for him. I look at wards worried face for one last time before I leave and head to Puerto Rico, that's where struckers main hydra HQ is and I'm hoping he's got some stupid hydra thugs managing the plane tickets and cameras in the airport to see me heading that way so they can 'catch me' or at least they think they will, that's my plan hopefully as long as it go well no one else will get hurt and that's all that matters.

•1 hour later•

I finally reach the airport and breathe the last few breaths of freedom and happiness before I walk in. Strangely as soon as I walk through the doors I have a lot of people staring at me, I thought it would take them like 5 minutes to figure out it was me, looks like there smarter than they look 'obviously not as smart as me' I think to myself with a slight smirk plastered on my face. I look around making sure to look directly at the cameras to show them I'm here and alone, I slightly smile at the camera before walking and heading straight towards a group of people looking very suspicious
"Yes hello could you lead me to the toilets I'm new here I have no idea where they are" I asked whilst batting my eye lashes at them, I knew they were hydra but they don't know that so at the moment I have the upper hand
"Uh yes sure ma'am this way" he says whilst gently tapping my back to move forward with him, I nod and follow pretending to be thankful but them Something catches my eye and for some reason it really pissed me off, 'he thinks he's so smart I can see you pointing to you hydra thugs to follow behind, you dumbass' I think to myself with a smirk on my face. As we carry on walking to the 'toilettes' I can see his group following behind as we head round a corner with nobody there
'This is it get ready' I think I myself as I see them all corner me
"You thought you could escape, ha you pathetic girl you don't deserve to have those amazing powers maybe we'll just have to take them of you slowly and painfully" he says whilst laughing with his friends, I almost gag at the thought he thinks he caught me but I keep it in and plant a scared face on to seal the deal
"Wait your, your hydra" I say with a fake scared and broken voice, once again they fall for the trap and believe me
"Haha is someone scared" he says whilst attempting to make his voice high for the scared part, again he is literally making me gag 'pathetic' I think to myself
"N-no I'm not scared of you" I snap back still putting the fake fear in my eyes
"You should be haha" he says whilst pointing his finger to his friend, I try and look around to see what it was but I was to late I suddenly felt this small sharp pain, i look to my arm to find a needle in it and a blue-y liquid getting put into my vein, I cringe at the sight of needles since I absolutely hate them, but before I can react my eyes start to get blurry and I am starting to get woozy "wha-what have you done" i manage to say before falling on the floor unconscious and I all I can see is the darkness but that slightly relieves me, knowing that ward is ok, the love of my life is ok

A/n wow really loved writing this chapter and sorry I haven't updated in a while I have had a lot of exams lately so I have been studying a lot so I apologise for that and as always can you please vote,comment and give me feedback on how you thought his chapter went Thanks
