Wake up

Wards pov

"What happened to her?" He shouted
"Tortured, she's got 3 Brocken ribs, minor laceration to her leg, multiple cuts to her face one of which needs stitches and uhh gun shot wound to her lower abdomen" I say with a single tear down my face
"Is there a pulse?" He asked with a worried look in his eye because he knew just from one look she wasn't In a good condition
"Yes but it's weak"

"Ward-ward"
I open my eyes to see Jemma's hand on my shoulder
"Huh what is skye ok?" I ask slightly panicked 
"Depends how you deify okay" she says with a sympathetic look In her eye
"Simmons spit it out is she ok?" I snapped back frustrated
"She's in an induced comma, I've managed to stabilise her I'm doing everything I can its just a matter of if she wakes up or not" she says with a tear roll down her face, all I can do is stare at her then at skye all I can see is her pale lifeless body lying there hooked up to all these machines surrounding her, I can't go through this again, she got in this state so she wouldn't hurt me but bye being in this state it hurts me even more, I can't stand to see her like this, I storm off ignoring the shouts from Simmons and go to the one place they wouldn't look for me, skye showed me it, as I head round the corners ignoring anyone's "I'm sorry" comments I get to the one place I can be alone, the car, it's the one place anyone wouldn't think to go, it's were me and skye used to sit when I told her about my past, she would ways understand me and comfort me and that's what I love about her, I love her, I never thought I could ever love someone but she taught me how to and I'm grateful for that,
as I sit In silence in the car all I could think about was the dream I had earlier it was about skye she was so Broken and it's my fault it's my fault she even went, but the fact that there's a bullet In Between struckers eye socket helps me sleep I suppose, as I continue thinking I get a tap on the window,it's may, I took down the window to talk since I can tolerate conversations from her
"Look I know you don't want to see her like this but either way she needs you, you can't sit here blaming yourself you need to be up there with skye" I look at May slightly shocked those words came out of the Calvary's mouth, but I get what she means and she's right, I nod in reply and say thanks and head off to see the girl I love.
Finally once I get there I stand outside her room 'you can do this ward' I think to myself.
As I walk in I immediately I get the looks of Coulson and Simmons they both give there sympathetic looks and leave me alone with her but just before Simmons left she told me that talking might help her wake up, and if that's the case I'll talk forever,
"Hey uhh sorry about storming off early it's quite hard to get heat that the women you love is in a comma and that they might not wake up, but I guess you know that" I pause slightly and wipe the tears from my face then carry on
"look I don't know if you can hear me or not but honestly I don't care you need to know that I love you more than anything in the world, you taught me what it's like to love I never thought I'd feel it but when I laid eyes on you for the first time I knew that you were the one, I know I wasn't the funniest or nicest person but you taught me to be better, you were there for me so I'm here for you, just wake up, please wake up I love you" I look at her unresponsive body hoping for a fairy tale ending that she'll open her eyes and says she loves me back but unfortunately this isn't the movies she didn't wake up, she didn't even move a figure, but I wasn't gonna give up that easily
"Look I know when you wake up you would have missed everything so I'll tell you what I'm gonna start writing what happens each day so when you when you wake up you'll know what happened" I say with a smile, I get up and grab the paper and pen from the table and start writing

Dear skye
So it's been one day since you comma I don't know if you heard me or not but I said I would write down everything that happened so hear I go
So I basically poured my heart out to you not sure if you heard I'm hoping you did, anyway
Um fitz got a monkey and is currently training it I think it's going well but I keep finding bananas laying around everywhere.
Coulson isn't in a great shape he's very stressed and is worrying about you a lot but he's getting through it.
May is the same old same old still looking like a statue but I can tell she's sad your in here.
Simmons is the same but sadder she saved your life and I can't thank her enough for it.
As for me well I'm not great I'm just hoping you'll wake up soon because I miss you more than anything please wake up soon

After I finished writing I read it aloud for her and placed it on the table, I looked at it on the table and frowned, I looked back to skye and placed a gentle kiss on her tender forehead
"Goodnight skye" I said whilst getting comfortable on my chair and dozing off and soon enough I was covered in darkness asleep next to skye

A/N I am so sorry it took forever to update but I have been really busy withy other fanfic please forgive me
