Chapter 37 // Beacon Hills - Void-Stiles in Derek's apartment pt.2

Confusion covered Chris gaze and for a second he lowered his gun. 

"You listen to me! PUT THE GUN DOWN!" Officer Stilinski was so close to loosing it. 

"Shoot me" Void-Stiles repeated. 

"DAD!" Allison shouted inbetween. 

"PUT THE DAMN GUN DOWN!" 

"Shoot me!"

"PUT THE GUN DOWN!" 

"SHOOT ME!!!" 

Allison whispered something no one could quite understand and as the men and the Nogitsune continued fighting about shooting him or putting the gun down, the sunlight seemed to vanish in seconds and was replaced by a grey sky. 

Derek looked out of the huge window of his apartment, having a slight foreshadowing of what is about to come and was frightened of it. 

"S-s-stop it!! This is what he-he ... this is exactly what he wants!" Allison shouted again. 

"Not exactly" The Nogitsune said, amused and condescending. 

Allison looked at him in shock, just as everyone else did. 

"I was kinda hoping, Scott would be here but I'm glad you all have your guns out. You're not here to kill me." Void-Stiles said, while turning around. "You're here to save me." 

And on this cue, four Onis apeared through the window and began fighting them, while Void-Stiles walked casually to the back of the room, behind the Sheriff and Chris, dissapearing somewhere. 

I couldn't have the innocents from Beacon Hills, even tho Chris and Allison Argent had killed many innocents before, killed by something they didn't even understand. 

Jumping out of the shadows, I pulled out my enchanted blades, pushed Chris, Allison and Sheriff Stilinski back and started to cut them. 

No normal weapon could kill a Oni. Not even a supernatural weapon. The blades had to be enchanted. 

After a quick fight, the Onis were killed and the only thing that remained of them, were the memories and those weird yellow shiny bugs, slowly dying on the ground. 

The two hunters and the police Officer looked stunned and shocked at the dark creature, that looked almost the same as the Onis, but they sensed, even with no supernatural senses, that this was a person. 

Few hours later, Void-Stiles was sat on the couch of one of the old houses, the Hale-family had bought sometime. 

The others were in the kitchen, advising what they sould do next, while Melissa put duct tape over Void-Stiles mouth, and a bandage around his hurt torso. 

I sat outside, before one of the windows of the livingroom, watching every of Void-Stiles movements. 

As Melissa checked over his bandage for the fourth time, Void-Stiles started sobbing and a tear or two escaped his eyes. 

Melissa had seemed tense and now relieved as she asked him "Stiles?" and Void-Stiles nodded. 

Melissa pulled off the duct tape over the Nogitsunes mouth. But she was awaited by a bad suprise. 

As she leaned back, Void-Stiles stopped sobbing at an instant. 

"Really Melissa?" He raised his eyebrows, voice raspy. "I shed one tear, that's all it takes? Come on now you can't crumble that easily. How are you gonna hold up when Scott knows the truth?" 

"What?" Melissa seemed utterly confused. 

"When he finds out why his dad really left?  You know he overheard it, right?" Void-Stiles seemed to hold in a chuckle as he continued "you had no idea" 

Melissa scowled at him. 

"You called Stilinski. Right after it happened. You didn't tell Scott, but you told the Sheriff?" Void-Stiles seemed to get riled up more and more, by how he could upset Melissa. "And Stiles heard it, like he hears everything. But you wanna know why he never told Scott? Because he knew, that Scott would never forgive you. Stiles knew how much he would hate you."

"This isn't you Stiles" Melissa tried to keep it together, but she had tears in her eyes, frightened that Scott would really find out. 

Void-Stiles started chuckling. "It is now." 

Melissa put the duct tape over his mouth again and left the room, tears streaming down her face.
