Chapter 3

a few days had passed, and you had decided to visit Ramon and Agana once again. you wanted to feel closer to the latter, having feelings for her and all. but.... you felt weird for it considering she's a now single mom. regardless, you held on tight. you had always kept to yourself, but now you felt like a father figure to Ramon. 

one coincidence of a day, you decided to head to the mall because you felt you needed to grab some more food, and because you were hungry. it was raining, so you grabbed a rain jacket and an umbrella with you. in a matter of minutes, you reached the mall, and you entered breathless.

you walked inside, and took off your raincoat, then started to search through the grocery for food. coincidentally, Ramon had come up, and hugged you.

''hello, Y/n. such a convenience we meet each other here. :)'' Ramon smiled. to your surprise, he has a little.... blood stain on his cone? you decided to ignore it. ''how are you?''

''oh. you scared me. i was just getting some groceries, you know.'' you answered, patting Ramon on the head. 

''can me and mother come with? i wanna play with you'' Ramon said.

''um, sure?'' you said. you blushed upon knowing Agana had come with him.

you both walked up to Agana, who had just come back with her own bag.

''we meet again, Y/n'' Agana said. ''Ramon, how did you find him?''

''well, you see, i found him trying to find dorritos'' Ramon said. and here's the[insert random food thing] you wanted.''

''very good'' Agana said as she took the [insert random food thing]. ''what brings you here, Y/n?''

''oh, i was here for groceries. i didn't expect to find you here'' you answered as you stuttered. ''now if you'll excuse me, i need to-''

''no, you can come with us for a bit'' Agana said. ''besides, Ramon wanted to spend more time with you. he's come into his own, and he's glad to have a friend like you.'' 

''t-thanks.'' you blushed. you then followed the two as you walked behind. Ramon then went up to you and whispered in your ear ''come on, tell mother you like her''

''no, R. i can't. what if she dosn't like me back?'' you whispered back as you stuttered.

''she might.'' he whispered.

''please just... i can sort this out on my own'' you said.

''you sure about that? you seem nervous all the time'' Ramon continued whispering.

''what are you two talking about?'' Agana was confused with all the whispering. you and Ramon then stuttered and said ''nothing.''

''okay.....'' Agana shrugged. 

''that was damn close'' you whispered to Ramon. ''but remember, you started it.''

''yeah, yeah, whatever Y/n. fine, i'll let you choose your heart'' he said. then he held onto your hand. ''father''

''did you just... call me-'' you stuttered.

''yep.'' Ramon smiled.

it felt weird. normally from what you could tell, he was just an edgy teenager who played Roblox for a hobby. but he's always nice to you. and now, he called you.... father. but..... why?

he hugged onto you as you two walked behind Agana. eventually, you reached their home.

''alright, i have to go now. i'm so tired, and i could watch some TV.'' you said.

''goodbye Y/n. do you want to play tommorrow?'' Ramon asked.

''of course.'' you said. as you left, you felt Agana hug you.

''wha-wha-'' you sputtered, confused.

''sorry, it's just, the only person i've trusted with my son before you was my ex husband. i'm sorry if i hurt-'' Agana said. she felt different from how she was, the stoic and bloodthirsty woman who you heard caused a few massacres, but regardless you still kept your feelings for her. you hugged her back.

''no, it's okay.'' you said.
