Third Person POV:

The boys stared intently at the map of the earth, their eyes tracing the lines that seemed to shift and shimmer as if alive. The soft glow of the full moon illuminated the eager faces of the boys. As the moon reached its zenith, the map shimmered and revealed a new location.

"It's a new Greenie spot, shanks!" Newt, the second in command announced his is soft brown eyes squinted at the parchment. "Serenity House Orphanage," drawled, a smirk appearing on his face, "looks like we're in for a bit of breaking and entering, lads."

Alby, the leader of the gladers spoke up, "Newt, Minho. You're on Greenie duty this time. In and out before anyone notices, alright?"

"When have we failed?" Newt's smirk widened, and he adjusted the weapons strapped to his back.

"Serenity House Orphanage," Minho drawled, "Sounds like the kind of place where you go to take a nap. Real intimidating, huh?" He chuckled softly, his tone carrying a mix of amusement and mockery. "Well, let's see if they're ready for the storm we're about to bring."

Minho grabbed the map and Newt grabbed the precious pouch of pixie dust. Together the two boys began the journey to the Real World, and Serenity House Orphanage.

The journey to the real world was short, and Newt and Minho soon found Serenity House Orphanage. It was a daunting building reminiscent of a prison. The two boys snuck around the perimeters of the building, looking for a way in. There were a few windows on this building, but they all appeared to be shut, and most likely locked.

Minho and Newt flew toward a window, and tried it. It was locked, but Minho had his lock-picks out in an instant, and started fiddling with the lock. Within seconds, the window swung open, and the pair stealthily infiltrated the building.

Your POV:

Y/n woke up just past midnight. Something felt off, and it had pulled her from her sleep. She remained still in her cot, but her e/c eyes darted around the room, searching for movement or something unusual. Y/n shifted in my cot to face the window, and noticed two shooting stars streaking through the sky. She closed her eyes and wished for escape for both her and Emily.

By this time, Y/n had convinced herself that there was nothing strange, so she turned back over, closed her eyes, and waited for sleep to drip over my senses again.

But then she heard the door click open.

Her eyes snapped open, and she froze. A gust of cool air brush over her and a golden glow casted casting angular shadows across the room. Sensing something behind her, she lay still and feigned sleep.

Newt's POV:

Newt hated the musty scent of the orphanage. He and Minho treaded cautiously, footsteps muffled by the worn carpeting underfoot. The light emanating from the Greenie map grew brighter and brighter as the pair neared the Greenie.

The hallways of the orphanage were like a labyrinth. The two boys pushed open doors, and peered into empty rooms. Every creak of the doors and floorboards echoed loudly through the otherwise silent orphanage.

Eventually, after around ten minutes of near-silent searching, the boys succeeded. Minho had swung open a door and inside were rows and rows of cots. The map was glowing so brightly it hurt to look at it, but nonetheless, we let it guide us to one cot in particular, next to the only window in the room.

"Well, this is a change of pace," Minho said, as he looked upon the new Greenie. "Never had a lady Greenie before."

What?  Newt joined Minho at his side.

"Bloody hell," he agreed. Never had there been a female Greenie. They had all been boys. He hadn't really thought of finding a lady greenie. What Alby would say?
