The afternoon sun, just setting down slowly as always, just quite normal unlike the day before being chaos, surely was a lot to do during such a time with the raging panic around and dangers flooding in endlessly, but it was stopped thankfully after a few hours of devastation. Leaves just a lone demon wearing dark red to watch around the people who now walk around just now more to walk and feel thankful all is restored for peace that yet makes them embrace whats all around more while he is left to watch.

It's a wonder what runs through some peoples heads during this time, rather it be that they are alive from it, saved by one of the people who helped during it, thinking of all the things they can do, but, he was left thinking of her, or so someone he saved during that disaster, he really does wonder why but he just can't get his head wrapped around the idea truly for it all was just a sudden moment pausing all that's happened around, pausing what he felt or thought, just, paused.

"Alright! Stiex you go take the farthest part in the city since your the quickest to get there, Sonic will follow after as the rest of us here will work are way to there" He remembers someone saying to him during the time, he remembers it well, the sky was like a storm coloration just more darkened and had more of some odd blue to it and he remembers there being groups that went to places, his group was planning ways to guard one the sides of the city and he was tasked to go to the south ends of the city to protect it because he would get there the quickest and handle it the quickest, not surprising of course, a reasonable idea.

Which he just went there already, got to act fast during the chaos, he remembers that Sonic guy saying something like "Good luck!" or something like that, which he did arrive there before anyone else did just for what he remembers there wasn't too many but there wasn't too little, pretty simple to handle for him truly. What happened after that? Well, he remembers fighting for a while against what was there, fighting for hours, maybe a few minutes, who knows how fast time was going by during this.

For what he does remember is being tired out at some point, going on top of a building to scout what parts of the area he has missed and to take a break, the very building he is on to think. Just looking out to the area, destruction around to the desires of the one who caused this and here he was just trying to keep it under control here. Till he did end up noticing something in the distance, seeing those disastrous beings go off to somewhere hearing the sounds of crashing going on from a specific spot, to guess they are being lured there by one of the beings, maybe someone is there trying to fight, so comes to the simple answer of having to head over there to handle it.

Upon arriving, he was able to notice from a top the building the madness going on, seeing the bigger disaster approaching from different ends of the place towards where a girl was fighting off one of the stronger beings there and quite a situational one at that for how it was behaving and hurting this nearly almost all black and white girl who looks already hurt from perhaps fighting so much around here, must be one of those people trying to defend their home that yet was struggling or just growing to be in immense danger.

So he had to act fast, just fix those gloves, sharpen your focus, ready your weapon and go. He was quick to land in between a spot where all those disastrous creatures that flooded the place would come in focusing on him in which was the goal truly, running onward to where he saw the girl quickly who was yet near to being hit, quickly making this shapeshifting weapon into a grenade before throwing it ahead before he quickly got ready to pick her up. Then things were like one had their eyes closed for a second before opening them again to awaken one again what's going on.

He remembers seeing her look last but now just she was being carried by him, hearing the explosion from behind him that went off and hearing the screams of those disastrous creatures all being caught in that massive explosion before going away, but yet he was focused on who he had in his hands, seeing those eyes just looking right back towards him, those black eyes but with some tint of red within them, which struck him since he saw them in such an odd way and still do even from a distance, he doesn't get what caught him those eyes, but they did then and still do now even if it's from a far distance.

He remembers how he stared and how she stared at him at least for a second before he placed her down as he looked to see the damage he has done, or perhaps was it to hide how he stared at that moment, he isn't sure at this point due to his thoughts being clouded with something that could be so silly. Creatures have been dealt and done with, the area is more destroyed and the pieces are making his way back to him which he just put his hand up for to lead them to his hand before going back to somewhere safe, but that's when she spoke up.

"Thank you..." the girl said, which made him look over to study her better, those eyes just got his attention first but yet looking to everything else can see she had messy black hair, two horns on each side of the head taking that black coloration as well with skin so pale to mistake as a white coloration and a simple uniform of some kind that was as well black and white but seems most of her had different odd yellowish spots on her and her outfit, must be some sort of thing about her to figure since some people get odd things about them, he's one of them of course.

"Yeah, just, leave it to other people to handle those ones if it's fucking tough." Stiex said, looking away now from Akane, he probably stared for a bit too long at her, he found it weird at the time he did though, normally he wouldn't care much of a thing but yet he does now. There was a pause in the conversation now, come on say something here is what he remembered thinking before he did such a thing. "Shouldn't you be somewhere more safe actually? This side of the place here is only getting more dangerous by the minute." "Well, Hehe, may not be the brightest idea of mine, just my home is by here with my friends and I'm trying to defend it I guess?" The girl said with some uncertainty in her tone of voice, rather it's unsure if that is right to say or to try and cover up something, but it didn't appear she was at the time, she seemed like really something else even then maybe he just couldn't see anything wrong about it, but he saw something must be off. "Uhh huhh. Look, for where we are right now it's closest to the way to safety so best to head there anyways, shit will die down around here soon, got it?" "But I promised to my friends here that I will help out around here? Well... ugh, sorry, you probably have places to be." the girl answered, just looking at him before looking away to elsewhere around the place growing unsure to make eye contact for how it appeared.

Still during this memory leaves him wondering of her, seeing her just head into a shop not far, perhaps to get a friend something or to do some errands for all he knows, the memory yet comes back to him once again now with this lingering wonder on what she may be doing. "Alright then, if your friends are around then I will let them know that... What's your name?" "Akane." The girl now known as Akane said, a name, something he can remember so well, he remembers reading a story with that name, quite a nice story. "Akane, right, alright, simply can tell your friends that Akane went to safety and they should as well if I run into them since I'm quite sure they will also want to help around here too," Stiex said, looking away and readying to go.

"What about your name? If that isn't too much to ask..." Akane asked, which caused Stiex to look over from hearing that question. "Stiex. Why?" "Stiex... Hm, well, thank you, again." Akane said, looking at him with a small smile on her face. That's what he remembered before he left then, her saying "Stiex, Thank you" before he went on, now he just cannot stop thinking of it. He doesn't get why he remembers such a thing so well but he does, it was like a pause in time around to be there with her and talk, nothing to come attacking at them, just, paused.

That's then when he saw her walk out from that store now carrying a few bags that yet seemed difficult to carry but saw how she tried not even to use her power to help like she did the day before, surely a wonder why doesn't she in some way but yet she appears so strong for trying in some sense. Maybe he should help, maybe this time is a way to take a chance to figure out what this is, perhaps get to know her, that has been the biggest question on his mind after all.

And so, he made his way down now quite quickly before walking over to where she was but not in a way to startle or seem dangerous, but a slow come up and just, breathe before one does ask her something simple, something nice to gesture simply. "Need help with that?"
