Beeps sounded throughout the hospital while Dr Na was ready to operate the saber tooth out of Donghyuck's chest. He grabbed his large sized teasers and gripped it onto the tooth. He gave a pull and Haechan's chest rose. He subconsciously whined in his unconscious state but it was still stuck. His oxygen levels were getting lower and lower each second.

"Hand me the adrenaline." the doctor commanded his nurses. He quickly injected it into his heart. "Come on Donghyuck. Come on!"

The nurses held on to his shoulders and Dr Na pulled the tooth up again. It came out releasing a lot of blood from its tip. "It's out !" the nurses yelled happily. They stared at the deep hole in their patient's chest and they quickly bandaged it up. Everyone was relieved. Mr Jeong won't take away their medical licences.

"You can come in now Jeno. Now I'm going to check on Hendery." the Dr said showing the alpha that the operation was successful. Jeno's tears of joy fell. He looked at his brother and held his hand. "I'm so sorry Donghyuck..."
Suddenly the beeping machine went straight.

"Nurse? Nurse! Dr Na! " Jeno yelled terrified. The nurses quickly entered the room and started to do CPR on Donghyuck.

Meanwhile Renjun was watching everything that was happening to his lover. "Hyuck! Hyuck! Please don't leave me. You can make it."

"Renjun, please don't cry."

"But how can I not! Why did you leave Mr Byun." Renjun yelled angrily. "Why did you have to leave me alone in this dark world and turn into a spirit instead. I miss you all the time and..." Renjun couldn't continue and began to sniffle his mucus and tears away.

Mr Byun smiled sadly at his former assistant. "Well it's because I missed him very much Junnie. And I can see that you have someone that you miss very much too. That you would journey death for am I correct?"

"Mr Byun you weren't there for my first heat. Everything happened too fast and..."

"Renjun. I was always there. Me and Yeoda are always watching over you. Both of you."

"Mr Park I'm sorry. I have gotten your junior in danger and I am guilty. It's all my fault. Now he is dying. I just want to die right now." Renjun yelled strangling himself.

"Stop it Renjun! You still have a long way to go. What you saw was a pigment of the future in a minute. Now listen, you and Donghyuck are connected by two protective rings. One is from Mars and one is from Venus. You both are made for each other just like Mars and Venus are the closest planets. We can protect Donghyuck from the spirit of death but we will not be able to help in your quest of finding proofs about our relationship for Mr Jeong. Our spirits will be locked in the rings forever so at the end of your quest you must put us to rest by throwing them away in a river. What do you choose?"

The living boy closed his eyes and rubbed his temples in frustration. "Mr Park. I would say yes all the days of my life if Haechan was in danger. It doesn't matter if I don't see him ever again. I want him to live."

Renjun hesitated to say all this but it was the truth. He may not be able to see the only person he is in love with but at least he will be alive and well at his home. That is how much he loved him. The omega cried sadly. This is what is best. Never... Seeing... Donghyuck... Lee... Again.

"Very well Huang Renjun. Remember what I'm about to tell you. Hell is not underground instead those who look up to heaven are in hell." Mr Byun explained.

Immediately Haechan's sun ring lit up and the vision pool that was in front of Renjun disappeared. So did the ashes. He watched as some of the ashes entered his ring whilst others disappeared into thin air. Renjun then sighed at peace knowing that at least Haechan would be okay.

Now Jeno sat on the floor leaning his back against the wall in the silent, disolate hospital.

"J-Jeno?" Jaemin said afraid at the alpha's look. He had never looked that torn apart before. "L-listen. Haechan's condition has..."

Before Jaemin finished his statement Jeno's cries became loud and mournful. "He's dead isn't he? I picked up a saber gun. I don't know how. I swear on my life I didn't mean to. I should have verified that it was a dart gun. It's all because of me. All me!"

"How about you stop blaming yourself Lee Jeno! Listen to me first. I'm the Doctor right. Politicians cannot pronounce anyone dead. That's against the law." the beta held Jeno's hand and wiped his tears away. He smiled at the red eyed guy.

"Is he alive?"

"Yes he is. And he is very much stable. You don't have to worry anymore."

Jeno embraced Jaemin with all his strength. His brother was going to be okay. And he had a chance to hug the beta who saved his life. He wanted to give everything to Dr Na. His hero. The alpha was so happy he kissed Jaemin's cheek. The only thing that confused him was how his gun collection contained a saber gun with vampire dna. It was like someone was plotting against the Mars government using illegal guns.

"Nono, there's one more thing."

"Yes Nana."

"I went to check on Hendery but he is missing from his hospital bed..."
