I rolled over on my side to greet the olive skinned boy, but he was no where to be seen.
Sighing, I reached out to grab my phone in order to check the time.

My first class was at 11, but I was hoping to have Zayn show me around campus a bit before hand.
I tossed my legs over the side of my mattress and stretched my arms a bit before heading over to my small kitchen.
After grabbing a bowl from one of the cabinets, I poured myself a bit of some cereal that Niall had picked out for us, claiming it was "magically delicious," as he had put it. I chuckled softly, recalling the memory.
I sat down at the small kitchen table that only had two chairs and poured some milk into my bowl.
I heard the door open as I took my first bite of breakfast.
"Liam, you're up," Zayn said from behind me.
"Yeah, did you even sleep here last night?" I asked, getting straight to my point but not even bothering to turn around.
"Excuse me?" He asked, clearly caught off guard.
"Well before I fell asleep, I heard you leave," I said, turning to face him in my chair. "Your hair's not messy like it would be if you slept, but I can tell you haven't showered. You've got dark circles under your eyes, and you weren't here when I woke up."
"Very observant," he said, nodding slightly and turning to the fridge and grabbing a bottle of water and then making his way to the other side of the table.
I didn't reply, only nodding a bit in return and shoveling another spoonful of cereal in my mouth.
"The answer is no, I didn't. I went out last night. Had some errands to run," he confessed.
"Errands?" I asked.
"Yeah, look we're not all that close and I'd prefer to get to know you before I tell you all my secrets," he sighed.
"Right sorry, well when I'm done eating do you think you could maybe give me a small tour? I missed orientation with the moving and all," I admitted.
He nodded, his features lifting and mood clearly changing.

Liam finished eating his cereal and the two boys headed out of the room, out of the hostel, and across campus.
Zayn showed Liam all of the extra curricular buildings along with the athletic fields and such.

"Where are the frat houses?" I finally asked. The question had been nagging at me for a while.
"Over there," Zayn said, gesturing to a row of generally big houses close by the hostels. "We can go check them out if you want. I've got some friends in one, his names Ashton Irwin. He's a year ahead of me and I know him through some of my classes." He offered.
"Thats sounds great," I agreed.
We made our way to the fraternities and Zayn pointed out a light blue one. "They're on our team, school wise."
I nodded rapidly, just wanting to get inside, because this Ashton guy was at the same fraternity as Harry.
We neared the porch and began to climb the few stairs. Zayn knocked and turned to me, quickly mumbling, "Ashton is gonna act tough because he's the president of this fraternity, but he's a sweet heart, don't worry-" but before he could finish, the door swung open only to reveal a skinny boy in black jeans and a light sweater that was a maroon color. His forehead was covered by a black bandana that kept his hair matted to his head. Some of his brown hair protruded from the bandana and went over it.
