Chapter 06

Jungkook's POV:

The moment I stepped inside, our eyes met. She stood beside her table, slightly leaning on it. She looked beautiful. She's in a pink business suit, a pink tint complementing her lips and cheeks. She didn't even put much effort into looking that beautiful.

While I was busy looking at her and admiring her, hobi brought me out of my thoughts by clearing his throat and whispering Jungkookah. I looked at him, and he gave me a teasing smile. Fuck, I got caught.

She kept staring at us the whole time and we slowly started walking towards her. Hi Partner, I greeted her by stretching my arm for a handshake. She rolled her eyes, slapped my hand and said a Hi in return.

"This is my secretary Jung Hoseok," I told while looking at hobi and introducing him to Y/N and Lily. He flashed them his charismatic smile and said Hi, you can call me hobi, asusual with a lot of excitement. Both of them greeted him back with a Hi. "This is my secretary, Lily," Y/N introduced.

"We've met already. Anyways, nice meeting you, Miss Lily," I've replied. After we're done with our formal introductions, Y/N started walking towards her chair while uttering, " I just got to know you will be working here on short notice. Your cabin is yet to get ready. It will take a few more days to set up a cabin for you and Mr. Hobi. Will let you know once it's done. Maybe you can start coming to the office from then," she told while sitting in her chair and looking at me and hobi.

I chuckled at her words and slowly dragged the guest chair placed in front of her table towards her chair. I placed the chair beside her chair, sat, and peeped into her laptop to check what she was doing. "Excuse me, what the hell are you doing?" she questioned me. "Who told you I need a special cabin, sweetheart. I came here to work. Not to enjoy in my cabin."I pointed towards our chairs and told,"Even this would work for me. "

She huffed after my words and uttered whatever.
"Then what about Mr. Hobi?" she questioned while looking at him. "Hobi doesn't need it either. He is okay to adjust in Miss Lily's cabin. Right hobi?" I looked at him while he just gave us a fake smile and assured he was okay.

Y/N and I spent the next two hours talking about business and obviously bickering for some time.

At 4:30pm:

Miss Lily interrupted us with a knock on the door, and after Y/N uttered a come in, she stepped inside.
"Miss Y/N, We are about to have a meeting in the next 30 minutes with the Choi group of Industries. Mr. Choi and Mr. Choi Minho are already on their way." she informed.

"I believe all the required documents are ready",
Y/N enquired, to which Miss Lily replied with an yes.
"Thank you, I want you and Mr. Hobi to attend the meeting too", she informed Miss Lily. "Sure, Miss Y/N," she replied and left. In the meantime, Y/N prepared me with all the details about the meeting so that I don't miss something.

After 15 mins, Mr. Choi and his son Mr. Choi Minho arrived at the Benjamin group. Y/N and I welcomed them and led them towards the conference room after our formal greetings.

Y/N's POV:

The meeting got started. I have Jungkook on my left and Miss Lily on my right. There's Hobi first, Mr. Choi next to him, Jungkook next, me, Lily and Mr.Choi Minho. These were our positions. We've rest of the team sitting opposite to us. While we were busy listening to the presentation, I heard Lily making an uncomfortable sound sitting next to me. I asked her what was wrong, but she didn't respond to anything. I've sensed something wrong. I slowly looked down the table and witnessed Mr.Choi Minho's hand on Lily's thighs. He was caressing it the whole time even after her denial and pushing his hands away. My blood boiled with anger. I didn't pay much attention to the presentation but observed his actions for a few more minutes. He was making her uncomfortable.

After some time, the presentation got ended. All of us- Me, Jungkook, Lily, and Hobi, along with both the Choi's, moved back to my cabin. Soon after, we've entered our cabin,  I asked Lily to get all the required paperwork. She left to get the required documents, and soon after she left, there's Mr. Choi Minho, who got up suddenly and told us he has some important call to take and left us saying he'll be right back. My senses hinted at me something was wrong, so I excused myself, saying I'll be right back. I left to Lily's cabin only to witness her being pinned against the wall by Mr. Choi Minho. She was squirming and trying to free herself from him, but he held both of her hands very strong, peppered kisses on her neck and started hiking her skirt up. The scene itself was very disgusting to me, so I immediately went inside and asked, "What the hell is happening here?". He stopped all of his actions and passed by me by simply uttering nothing.

"Lily, are you oka-?", before I can check with her if she is fine, she interrupted by saying,"Miss Y/N, we are getting late. They are waiting for us". She quickly  fixed herself and started moving out of the room. Both of us headed towards my cabin in nothing but silence. Soon after we reached, Mr. Choi said they were waiting for me. I simply let out a sorry and got back to sit on my chair.

" So, Miss Y/N and Mr. Jungkook, what do you think about the deal? As both of you are the  CEOs, I need both of your approval. Do you have any concerns to discuss?" Mr. Choi asked. Before I could utter something, Jungkook simply told him the deal was great and he was impressed. Mr. Choi chuckled and told,"In that case, Let's proceed with the paperwork".

All this time Minho kept looking at her. The way he is looking at Lily made my blood boil with rage. Lily handed over the papers to Jungkook. He simply put his sign on the paper and passed it to me. I looked at the papers reconsidering my decision. Y/N, I heard jungkook calling me. I looked at him, and he simply signaled me to sign the papers.

I can't do this. I really can't. "I'm sorry to say this but I'm not interested in this deal, " I uttered and felt relieved. I never felt this satisfied after saying a no. It just felt like this is the best decision I've taken in a while.

While I was feeling happy about declining the offer,there's shock on everyone's face. Jungkook slowly pulled me by my arm and uttered, "What was that, Y/N?", by looking into my eyes.
