Ragna was driving on his Blood Runner for a stroll in the city, when he noticed a rat. So he stopped his bike and got off to confront it. Ragna: What the hell is a rat doing here? But Ragna knew something was wrong with it so he swung his sword releasing dark energy head of the black beast as it swallowed the possessed rat That was when he heard more rats coming towards him Ragna: Dead Spike! Ragna released a dark slash wave which devoured the rats in seithr energy, Ragna's mind: Who the hell is controlling these rodents? Just then he looked down at a sewer lid, as he opened it.
Ragna continued looking until he stumbled upon a mysterious lab which was filled with rats. Ragna: the hell is this place? ???: How unexpected... Ragna turned around and saw a person with a brown coat and a brown hat. Ragna: I'm guessing you're the guy in charge of these rodents? Rat King: Correct, and judging by the look of you, you're not from here... Ragna: Well no shit Sherlock, I just stumbled upon this place at the wrong place at the wrong time. Rat King: Hmph, I was expecting the turtles to show up, but I did not expect you to be here. Who are you? Ragna: You think I'm gonna tell you my name dumbass? Rat King: My, such language. Ragna: enough talk, Who the hell are you anyway? Rat King: Call me the Rat king, "Rat king? Seriously?" Ragna asked with an Unamused look Rat King: You don't sound happy about it. Ragna: but more importantly, how do you know the Turtles? Rat King: we met two times, the first time was when I used Dr Rockwell as a Guinea pig when I gained the power of psychic abilites. The other was when I brainwashed their master. Ragna: You brainwashed Gramps once? Rat King: Yes. Ragna: Ok you are definitely bad news. Rat King: I couldn't get rid of the turtles when I fought them, But with you, you'll be much more easier. Ragna: Your gonna fight me with all your rats? Rat king: Correct. "This wont take long." Ragna said before he took out his Aramasa. Meanwhile Ragna, Jubei and Noel were running from each rooftop to Find Ragna. Noel: Any sign of Ragna? Jubei: No not yet, Leo: I see his Blood Runner. Noel: I think he might've gone down the sewers... Back with Ragna, he was battling the Rat King's rats. "Shit!" Ragna cursed as he threw the rat off of him but more Rats start to climb on him until eventually he was covered by several rats. Until He turned into his black beast form. Soon the rats cowered in fear in Ragna's new form.

Rat King's mind: what's going on?! Ragna slowly walked toward the rat king before a rat was about to drop down on him but Ragna grabbed it without looking and squeezed it so hard it was swallowed in seithr. The Rat King stumbled backwards in terror as Ragna slowly walks over to the Rat King. Rat king: N-no..! You're a monster! Ragna grabbed the rat leader's face attempting to swallow him in seithr Leo: Ragna stop! Ragna looked over and saw Leo, Jubei and Noel, Jubei: That's enough Ragna! Ragna tossed aside the Rat king and slowly walked towards the three who had their weapons out. Ragna charged at the three with his Aramasa. But Jubei countered it with the hilt of his swords by hitting Ragna in the stomach. Ragna dropped to his knees as his whole body was no longer covered in seithr reverting back to his base form. "Master..?" Ragna said before he regained his sanity. Noel: Oh thank goodness... "Ragna, we really got to teach you how to control that form of yours." Jubei said as he tossed Rayna's arm over his shoulder before heading back to the lair.
