After Ragna got acquainted with the turtles, a man with blonde hair wearing a jolting sapphire military uniform with a katana in hand was walking through an alley, this was Jin Kisaragi. Jin: what is this place? This doesn't look like Kagutsuchi. Just then weird robotic creatures surrounded the Hero of Ikaruga. Jin took out his Nox Nyctores Mucro Algesco: Yukianesa, and slices them into pieces of ice. Jin: What do you want? Baxter: Hehehe. I just wanted to meet the guy who's been looking after my Precious M.O.U.S.E.R.S. I've supposed I should thank you for that. Jin walks away from the mad scientist with a scoff. Baxter: Hey! Don't turn your back on me! Jin: as far as I'm concerned, if you're allied with Sector Seven then get lost. Baxter: What's Sector Seven? "None of your business. Scum." Jin said as he turned one of the M.O.U.S.E.R.S heads to ice. He then threw it on the ground causing it to shatter. Baxter: Your gonna pay for that! All of the mini-robots attacked Jin Kisaragi Jin: What a joke. Jin takes out his icy katana

Jin: Arctic Daggers! Jin slashes out a wave of ice impaling the mini robots. As he sheaths his sword the robots shattered like ice. He then walks over to him. Jin: Leave. Before I kill you. Baxter moved backwards and ran off in terror. Jin then notices two humanoid like turtles walking through the city. Jin decided to spy on them. Donnie: Can we really trust Ragna? Raph: Doubt it. He could be a spy from the foot clan. Donnie: Ragna just said that he's not from the Foot Clan! Raph: Donnie, You know that He's lying right? Donnie: He did say he is from the 13th hierarchical city of Kagutsuchi or whatever it's called. Jin: Well. That's convenient. "Who's there?!" Raph yelled as he took out his sais Unexpectedly, a slash of ice appeared, luckily the turtles dodged the slash. Donnie: that was close Jin: Dodged my slash did you? Your not half bad. Raph: alright enough games! Who are you! Jin descends from the rooftop and points his sword at the turtles Jin: You won't live long enough to know. Raph: What do you think your doing!? You could've killed us! Jin: What I do is my business. It doesn't concern you. Raph: It really much concerns us pal. Donnie: Yeah! We can work things out then- Jin: Pointless! If anyone's allied with that scientist I'll kill them. That's all there is to it. Donnie: Scientist... Your talking about Baxter Stockman aren't you! "So that's what his name was." Jin thought to himself. Jin: I see... but what about you, are you allied with him? Donnie: What? No of course not! Raph: So what, you just appear out of nowhere and pick a fight!? Jin: Silence. Shut up and fight. Or else you die. Raph: Oh I'll fight you alright. Donnie: Raph what are you doing? Raph: I couldn't beat Ragna, but I'm pretty sure I can beat this guy. "Careful Raph, this guy might not look easy." Donnie warned "Save it. This guy's mine!" Raphael said as he charges at Jin. Jin: How Pathetic.
Jin takes out Yukianesa and clashes weapons with the red claded turtle Raph throws some shrunken at the Hero of Ikaruga but Jin dodges them by jumping in the air. he then creates a bow of ice Jin: Arrows of Ice!!! Jin fires his Ice arrows at the hot headed turtle who he dodges successfully. Raph: Great. Now I'm facing a guy that uses ice. Raph throws some shurikens at the Hero of Ikaruga but he dodges them.

Jin then summons a blade of ice. But Raph used a ninja smoke bomb as he disappears. He then reappears behind the Hero of Ikaruga and attacks him from behind. But Jin saw the attack coming Jin blocks the attack and does a devastating counter slash Jin: Winter's Riposte!! This instantly knocked Raph into a dumpster. Jin walks over to Raph and points Yukianesa at his throat. Then he puts it down and sheaths it Jin: I'll let you live, for now. But don't think it will be the same when we meet again. With those words, the Hero of Ikaruga left. Raph: Who the heck was that guy?
