Elvish and Katariya arrived at the designated location and urgently texted Kirti to join them in the mall parking area. As Kirti was about to respond, Ankit's phone rang, plunging him into a state of panic. "I have to go, Kirti, it's urgent," he declared with a restless urgency. Suspicion clouded Kirti's thoughts: "Maybe he discovered our plan."
Attempting to soothe his anxiety, Kirti proposed, "Hey, relax, let me come with you." Ankit, in agreement, nodded in acknowledgment. Upon reaching the parking area, Kirti deftly took the car keys from Ankit's hand, discreetly facilitating Elvish and Katariya's entry into the back seat. Ankit, taken aback, observed Kirti's surprising move as she assumed control. Sensing his bewilderment, she swiftly justified, "Let me drive; you seem too distressed to handle it safely."
Ankit reluctantly agreed, emphasizing the urgency of his departure, leaving Kirti to ponder the mysterious destination he was rushing towards, her mind filled with questions about where he would be heading.
As Kirti turned the car onto the secluded road, Ankit looked at her in bewilderment. "Where are we going?" he asked, his confusion evident in his voice. With a smirk, Kirti replied, "On a date."
Suddenly, Ankit winced in pain, clutching his head, and then slumped over, unconscious. Kirti glanced at Katariya, who had expertly incapacitated Ankit with a precise shot to the head. "Nice headshot, man," she complimented with a smile, before driving the car towards Elvish's farmhouse, their mission now in motion.
Abhishek took Manisha back home, her heart heavy with sorrow for Jiya and her family. The weight of Jiya's mother's words lingered in her mind, and tears streamed down her face unchecked. As Abhishek went to fetch water, he returned to find Manisha in tears. Rushing to her side, he enveloped her in a tight embrace. "Why are you crying?" he asked softly.
Breaking free from his embrace, she looked at him through tear-filled eyes. "You also think that I killed her," she said, her voice choked with sobs. Abhishek held her gently and reassured her, "No, it's not like that. You're not responsible for anything. You didn't kill anyone."
Unable to contain her grief, she collapsed into tears. "I don't know why she was blaming me. I can't even imagine doing something like that. Why does this always happen to me? I don't think I deserve anyone's love," she cried, pushing Abhishek away. "You should leave me. I'll only bring you pain. Please, leave me be."
Despite her protests, Abhishek tried to hold her, but she continued to resist. "No, Abhishek, I'm not good for you. How can you be with someone who's accused of such a thing? Please, go and marry Tara," she pleaded. Finally managing to embrace her, Abhishek held her close as she continued to mumble in distress. Eventually, she fell asleep in his arms.
Tears welled up in Abhishek's eyes as he looked down at her. Jiya's death and her mother's accusations had deeply wounded Manisha. He held her tenderly, knowing that her pain was something he couldn't easily mend.
In the farmhouse, Ankit regained consciousness to searing pain in his head. As he struggled to focus his eyes, he realized he was tied to a chair. His vision blurred, he looked around, trying to make sense of his surroundings when he heard a voice.
"Oh, so you're awake, Mr.?" Elvish's voice cut through the air, shocking and angering Ankit in equal measure. As his memory slowly returned, he remembered the phone call. "Let me go!" Ankit demanded, his voice laced with anger.
Elvish stepped forward, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "Oh, I'm scared now. You can go," he mocked. "Please, why have you brought me here?" Ankit pleaded, his confusion evident.
"As if you don't know anything," Elvish retorted. Unperturbed, Ankit denied any involvement. "I've never seen you before," he stated firmly.
"Okay, maybe you're right. Katariya, show him the evidence," Elvish commanded. The CCTV footage from the park played, shocking Ankit, but he remained defiant. "I don't know what you're talking about. Let me go; I have urgent work," he insisted.
"Oh, so you're planning to blackmail someone else?" Elvish accused. Ankit snapped back, but Elvish was relentless. "Enough of your drama. Tell me why you did it."
Meanwhile, Kirti, who had been listening from a distance, grew puzzled at the mention of "blackmail." Ankit continued to deny his involvement until Elvish signaled to someone. As the person approached, Ankit suddenly spoke up, "It all started at Hansraj College,'. Elvish turned back to look at him, his expression changing, while Kirti watched on, intrigued by this new revelation.
"I was madly in love with Kirti, and I still am," he confessed with a mix of nostalgia and deep emotion. "It was because of her that I came to this college. Her simplicity and cuteness drew me in. She's so innocent, such a pure soul," he said, a smile playing on his lips, tears welling up in his eyes.
As Kirti looked at him, puzzled by his words, he continued, his tone turning angrier with each word. "When I was about to confess my feelings to her, I saw her with you. And then, a few days later, I found out from a friend that you two were in a relationship. It frustrated me beyond measure."
"I didn't like you even one percent," he declared, recalling those painful moments. "So, I made a promise to myself. I vowed to never let you both be happy together. That's why I did everything to keep you away from Kirti. I sent a marriage proposal to her family, making my way clear," he revealed, his voice filled with bitterness.
Kirti was stunned as she realized Elvish had orchestrated everything to protect her. She felt the urge to lash out at Ankit, but she held herself back, remaining calm.
"Now that I've told you everything, please let me go. I promise I won't interfere in your lives again. Just let me go," Ankit pleaded desperately.
"Why would I let you go after you've made my life a living hell? You want me to just let you go?" he shot back, his voice filled with anger and pain.
"Once I'm back, you can do whatever you want with me. But please, let me go," Ankit begged, his voice now a mixture of desperation and resignation.
"How can I trust you? And where do you even want to go?" he asked, his voice now calm but filled with fury.
"I want to go to my sister's funeral. Jiya Shankar's funeral," he shouted, shocking everyone around him as tears streamed down his face.
Abhishek tiptoed out of the room, his heart heavy with the knowledge that Manisha was resting peacefully. Settling onto the balcony, he lifted his gaze to the night sky, tears spilling down his cheeks as memories of Jiya flooded his mind. Despite their ups and downs, he had genuinely cared for her, and now her final words echoed in his ears, a relentless reminder of his perceived failure.
Struggling to contain the turmoil within him, Abhishek felt his facade crumbling as he considered Manisha's plight. "She's innocent in all of this. It was Jiya who pulled her into this mess, and now Manisha blames herself," he murmured, his voice choked with emotion. The weight of his guilt bore down on him like an unbearable burden, a constant reminder of his perceived role in the tragedy.
As he wiped away the tears streaming down his face, he continued to stare at the star-studded expanse above, enveloped in a haze of sorrow and consumed by the crushing weight of his emotions.
