The darkest night of life

'See I was telling you that this plan would not work,' Kirti said angrily. 'I have another plan,' Katariya said. 'Shut up I am not within any plan now,' saying this Kirti leaves from there. 'I think we should also stop these tries, it was good for both of them,' Ruchika said.

Abhishek was walking in the garden of the resort, Elvish came near him and saw him lost, 'hello,' he waved in front of him, Abhishek looked at him. 'Where are you lost,' elvish asked and started walking with him. 'I want to say something to someone but I am not able to say,' saying this Abhishek looks at Elvish who is looking at him clueless as well as shocked.

'I don't know what rubbish I am saying,' he said sadly. 'Hye what happened, Let's sit there, and you tell me calmly,' Elvish said and they sat on chairs. 'I love someone and I do not understand how to propose to her,'. 'What,' Elvish shouted 'I mean really go ahead and propose to her what's the problem,'. '

Let me finish first,' Abhishek said 'I love Manisha,'. Elvish looks at him, 'I knew it, yes yes I am very happy for you bro wow,' he hugged Abhishek. 'Tell me how to propose to her,' Abhishek broke the hug and looked at him.

'OK so bring a ring for her and simply propose to her say what's in your heart and that's it,' Elvish said excitedly. 'It will work,' Abhishek asked confusedsed. 'Yes, it will definitely work I proposed to Kirti like that and she became overwhelmed,' he realised what he said and looked here and there.

'You still love her,' Abhishek asked elvish looks on. 'No,' he replied slowly 'Leave it you tell me when will you propose to her,'. 'Tomorrow probably,'. 'Oh, that's nice,' elvish said and they both started talking about random stuff.

Kirti gets a call from her mother, 'Kirti tell me what is your decision, the boy's family asked me many times,' her mother said politely as well as worriedly. 'Mom tells them that it's a yes from my side,' Kirti replied. 'What,' her mother said excitedly. Kirti cuts the call and looks at the ring that he gifted her 7 years back.

Flashback:
Kirti was sitting with her friends in the college canteen, Elvish came there. 'Kirti,'. She looks up at him. 'Can you please come to class it's my birthday so I want to cut the cake with all my friends,' he said.

Kirti looked at her friend and they signed her to go, 'OK I am coming,' she said and they both went to the empty classroom. 'Where is everyone,' Kirti asked. 'I want to say something to you,' Elvish said while looking at her. 'Yes,'.

He knelt on the ground pulled out the ring and said 'I really like you I want you to be mine I never got this feeling for anyone which I got after watching you, I like your simplicity I like your way of talking I like your everything will you be mine,' he said looking at her with so much love.

She nodded her head emotionally he slipped the ring in her hand. She made him stand and hugged him tightly, after a few moments he broke the hug, 'I have one more ring,' Elvish said and Kirti looked at him confused. He took the ring out of his pocket which was exactly the same as Kirti's ring.

'I bought a couple of rings, you made me wear this and then we both have the same rings,' he said cutely and she really liked his cute gesture, the ring was although not expensive both had a special place in their hearts. She made him wear the ring, 'now let's go and cut your birthday cake,' Kirti said.
Flashback ends.

Kirti looked at the sky which was covered by dark clouds, A cold breeze was touching her face, the environment was very peaceful but her heart was not at peace. She felt that her life was like this dark night that had no light in it.

Abhishek was going back to his room he was feeling very nervous about how he would propose to her tomorrow when Manisha came from the opposite side and they both collided, she was about to fall but Abhishek held her.

Manish opened her eyes and looked at him who was lost in her, their faces were very close. Manisha was feeling his breath on her face, she put her hand on his face. 'Oh, I am sorry I didn't see anything I am going back,' Nischay said and went back there from where he came.

Abhishek and Manisha come out of their own world and realize their position, Abhisnek makes her stand properly. Both were feeling embarrassed and were looking everywhere but not at each other eyes.

'By the way, where were you going,' Abhishek asked to try to change the environment. 'Vishal is coming actually he was missing me so we are going to eat ice cream,' Manisha replied while smiling thinking about him, Abhishek felt jealous and thought that maybe she liked him. 'Can I ask one thing,' Abhishek asked. 'Yes you can,'.

'Do you like him I mean don't get me wrong but...,' he didn't even complete when she started replying, 'Obviously, I like him he is my idol he supports me in every condition he protects me from everyone he always guides me,'. 'You love him,' Abhishek asked her directly, 'yeah........,' she was about to complete when her phone rang.

'Sorry Abhishek he is calling me I have to go OK see you soon,' saying this she runs from there, he looks at her and feels heartbroken. 'Is she really....no no no it can't be happen I don't believe it,' he talked to himself. 'Or you don't wanna believe it,' his inner soul says.

'Yes, I don't want to believe it because it is not the truth,' he was fighting with his inner soul when his mom came near him. 'Are you talking with yourself,' she asked. Abhishek turned and looked at her, 'No I am not talking to anyone, what are you doing here at this time,' he said. ' I have the same question,' she said and Abhishek looked down. 'What happened are you OK,'. 'Yes I am, don't worry about me, now go and sleep,' Abhishek said and left for there she looked at him worriedly.

Abhishek enters his room, 'if she loves him then I will never tell her about my feelings,' he goes to the balcony of his room and looks at the sky which is filled with lightning although there is no darkness anymore, but for two people it is the darkest night of their life.
