In the aftermath of a tumultuous night, the next day reveals a heart-wrenching development – Jiya's mom is consigned to a mental hospital.
Manisha awakens to find Abhishek, burdened by the weight of recent events, sleeping on the couch. Moved by a mix of love and concern, she approaches, tenderly caressing his hair. Stepping out of the room, the air is thick with an eerie presence, indicating an unexpected visitor. Confused, Manisha hears voices emanating from the kitchen, leading her to an unexpected encounter with Kirti.
Surprised, Manisha witnesses Kirti's smile, masking a revelation that sends shivers down her spine. 'Don't be surprised; we came here at night... for Jiya's funeral,' Kirti discloses, causing Manisha's expression to plummet as Jiya's name is uttered. In an attempt to deflect the gravity, Kirti requests hair oil. 'Yeah it's up there,' Manisha said pointing toward a cupboard 'with whom you came here,'. 'Katariya and Elvish,' she said and took the bottle of oil.
'Umm can I ask one thing,' Manisha said. 'Yeah,'. 'Are you feeling a headache or something,' Manisha said while looking at the oil bottle, Kirti, with a forced smile, admits, 'Yeah, a little bit of pain, a migraine,'. 'What... you're saying a little bit dude, it really hurts. I also have migraines. Let me do this,' Manisha insisted, reaching for the oil bottle. 'No, it's okay. I'll do it myself,' Kirti hesitated. 'No worries, I can help you. Let go, we can also gossip,' Manisha urged, and Kirti giggled, following her. In the lounge, Manisha settled on the couch while Kirti sat on the carpet. Manisha began giving her a massage, which brought her immense relief.
Meanwhile, Abhishek wakes to find Manisha absent, triggering a wave of panic. Frantically, he searches the washroom and balcony, but she's nowhere to be found. His ears catch the sound of laughter drifting from outside the room, drawing him closer. Peering out, he's greeted by the sight of Kirti and Manisha, engaged in animated conversation, their laughter filling the room. A sense of relief washes over him, and a smile tugs at his lips as he retreats to his room, deciding to order breakfast, seeking comfort in the mundane amid the uncertainty of the day ahead.
After a few hours, they all gather for Jiya's funeral. Ankit is also present, under police custody. Tears fill everyone's eyes, as Abhishek and Manisha grapple with an inexplicable guilt. The atmosphere is heavy with sorrow. Media was standing outside with mics and cameras, but they were unable to secure any interviews or identify the attendees. Jiya's friends and family members are devastated, witnessing the tragic loss of such a young girl, her death dominating the headlines of every news channel.
As night falls, most people depart, leaving only Elvish, Kirti, Manisha, Abhishek, Katariya, and Ankit, still under police watch. The officer approaches Abhishek, signaling that it's time to take Ankit. 'Now we have to take him, it's very late,' the officer states. 'Yes, you can take him. Thanks for your cooperation,' Abhishek responds. 'You're welcome, sir,' the officer acknowledges, then turns to his team to discuss next steps.
Meanwhile, Ankit notices a gun in the officer's pocket. His gaze shifts to Elvish and Kirti, who are standing together. Silently, Ankit retrieves the gun from the officer's pocket and aims it at Elvish. Before he can pull the trigger, Abhishek's voice cuts through the tension. 'Elvish! Kirti!' they turn to see Ankit with the gun, their eyes widening in shock. Elvish grabs Kirti, and she clings to him, both stunned and terrified by the sudden turn of events.
With a sudden sound, Kirti and Elvish were jolted back to reality, finding Ankit lying on the floor, wounded by a police officer's gunshot. Kirti turned to Elvish, tears streaming down her face, and embraced him tightly. He responded, wrapping his arms around her, their embrace marking their first in almost two years.
After a few moments, they reluctantly parted. Kirti surveyed the scene, then looked back at Elvish, who avoided her gaze. The harsh reality of their situation sank in. She kept her distance from him, both of them silently watching as the police took Ankit away. Though tears welled up in her eyes, she tried to conceal her emotions from everyone around her.
