The room fell silent as Ankit's words hung in the air. 'Are you serious? Are you out of your mind?' Elvish's voice trembled with disbelief. Ankit's eyes were filled with tears as he spoke, 'I don't have time to explain, but it's true. My little sister is gone,'. Elvish's heart sank, and he immediately reached for his phone, dialing Abhishek's number.

After a few rings, Abhishek answered, sounding concerned. 'Elvish, is everything okay? Why are you calling so late?' he asked. 'Everything's fine. I just need to ask you something,' Elvish replied, his voice urgent. 'Go ahead,' Abhishek urged. 'Is Jiya dead?' Elvish's question hung in the air, causing a stunned silence on the other end.

'Who told you that?' Abhishek's shock was palpable. 'A man claiming to be her brother told me,' Elvish said, doubting Ankit's words. But Abhishek's mind raced back to his last conversation with Jiya, where she had mentioned her brother. 'It's true, Elvish. Jiya took her own life,' Abhishek revealed, his voice heavy with sorrow. 'What?' Elvish's voice cracked with shock. 'But why?' he demanded, struggling to understand. 'Come to Mumbai with her brother, and I'll explain everything,' Abhishek said, his tone serious.

'Okay,' Elvish replied before ending the call. He turned to Katariya. 'We need to go to Mumbai as soon as possible. Check with every airline. We're going now,' he instructed. Katariya nodded in agreement. Kirti approached Elvish hesitantly. 'Um, can I come with you?' she asked. Elvish looked at her and nodded silently. Luckily they got the flight and they left for Mumbai.

Jiya's mom sat alone in the darkened room, her heart heavy with devastation. Images of Jiya's final moments haunted her, replaying in her mind like a cruel filmstrip. She dragged herself to the mirror, her reflection a harsh reminder of her failures. 'You're despicable,' she spat at herself. 'A failure as a mother, a wife, and a human being. You betrayed your husband with an affair, then blamed him for everything, driving him away. That's why everyone abandoned you, you pathetic fool. Your son left when he discovered your infidelity, and you murdered your husband when he fought for custody. Shame on you. You're a disgrace,' Her words grew louder, punctuated by the sound of her own slaps, echoing in the empty room.

The house help rushed in, alarmed by the commotion. She tried to calm Jiya's mom, but she was beyond reach, lost in her own torment. 'I love her, I only love her but because of you I lose her,' she muttered, her gaze fixed on her reflection. The house help called for an ambulance, struggling to contain the chaos. Jiya's mom continued her self-flagellation, hurling insults at herself as if possessed by a relentless demon.

The ambulance's arrival pierced through the darkness, a beacon of hope in the desolate night. With Herculean effort, they subdued Jiya's mother and whisked her away to the hospital, where her tormented soul found no solace.

In Mumbai, as Elvish approached Abhishek's location, they hurried to the spot. Abhishek led them inside, careful not to disturb Manisha, who was asleep. 'Can you tell me where you found him?' Abhishek asked, pointing to Ankit, who kept his gaze lowered. Elvish recounted the entire story, leaving Abhishek stunned. 'Are you serious? And you're here with him? He's a criminal,' Abhishek exclaimed, eyeing them all.

'Let me call the police; your safety is paramount,' he continued. Everyone, except Ankit, looked surprised. 'But what about the media?' Elvish inquired. 'Don't worry; my friend will handle everything,' Abhishek reassured them. The police took Ankit, and they provided evidence of his true nature. Abhishek requested to let Ankit see his sister one last time tomorrow, and his request was granted.

After they departed, Abhishek recounted the harrowing tale of Jiya's ordeal, leaving them all shocked and incredulous. 'How could her mother blame Manisha like that?' Elvish exclaimed, disbelief evident in his voice. Abhishek was about to respond when his phone rang. 'Hello?' he answered. Jiya's house help pleaded for his assistance, her voice tinged with panic. 'Okay, calm down. What happened?' Abhishek's expression shifted, signaling alarm to everyone around him.

She recounted the events, and he reassured her, 'I'm on my way. Don't worry,' He hung up and announced, 'I have to go; Jiya's mother is in critical condition. Rest up; I'll be back soon,'. 'I'm coming with you,' Elvish declared. 'Me too,' Katariya added. 'You stay here with Manisha and rest,' Elvish instructed Kirti, who nodded in agreement. With that, they all departed.

Kirti's gaze was filled with tears as she confronted the magnitude of her mistake. She replayed her actions in her mind, realizing the gravity of her blunder. 'I've ruined everything,' she thought bitterly, her thoughts consumed by Elvish and the negativity surrounding their relationship. 'He'll never forgive me. I've lost him because of my own foolishness. I always doubted his love, but now I see how much he's suffered because of me. I won't force him into anything anymore,' she resolved, her voice a whisper against her inner turmoil as she wiped away her tears.

As they arrived at the hospital and rushed to the emergency ward, the doctors emerged with grave news. 'Her condition is critical. The trauma she's endured has deeply affected her mental health. We've administered medication to bring her back to consciousness, but...,' The doctor's words hung heavily in the air, causing Abhishek, Katariya, and Elvish to exchange incredulous looks, unable to comprehend what they were hearing.

'But she needs to be transferred to a mental hospital. If she remains here, she poses a danger to herself and others. We cannot take any risks,' the doctor continued. "But tomorrow is her daughter's funeral. How can we send her to a mental hospital now?" Abhishek protested, his voice strained with emotion.

'I understand your concern, but it's necessary for her safety and the safety of others. We cannot afford to ignore this,' the doctor replied firmly. Just then, Jiya's mom sudden outburst drew their attention. 'See? This is exactly what I was afraid of,' the doctor remarked grimly.

'Fine, proceed with her treatment as you see fit, but ensure there's no compromise in her care,' Abhishek conceded, his heart heavy with resignation. 'I assure you, there will be no compromises in her treatment,' the doctor assured, to which Abhishek nodded in reluctant agreement.

As they sent the household help back home and made their way back to the house, a sense of defeat weighed heavily upon them. The reality of Jiya's mom's deteriorating mental health and the impending decision to send her to a mental hospital cast a shadow over their hearts, leaving them disheartened and uncertain about what the future holds.
