"i said i don't want to marry that girl!" i yelled at my parents.

"why? nothing can hold you back. you don't even have a girlfriend. you have no choice, hun."

"i-i have a girlfriend!" i lied.

"oh, really??" mom raised a brow at me. "who and where is she then??"

i then said the first thing that popped out my head.

i knew that day i messed up real bad.

my parents finally agreed for me to not marry that spoiled bitch from another rich company.

i finally dressed up for my parents' company's party.

i sighed as i stared at myself at the mirror.

'you look so hot today, yujin.' i complimented myself in my mind.

i went to the ball-like venue, where the party is held.

there was blasting music and many rich & fancy people are here.

i was just walking around when a familiar figure by the food section caught my eye.

is that hana?!

i went closer to her to confirm if it's really her. but to my surprise, she tripped over her dress and landed on me.

i grabbed her in my arms as she immediately stood up straight.

she then looked up to me.

i was still surprised, even though i already expected it to be her.
