Minghao's POV :
We were getting back from a photoshoot that is a promotion for our new album semicolon. It was already over 9 pm and all of the members including the staff are tired.
" Ok everyone, the shootinis over. You can all go home and rest now. Thank you all for your hard work. " Our manager said as we all clean up the set and started to go home.
" Hey Hao " Jun called me. "Yeah? What is it Junnie? " I asked. " Here, I got you something to drink" he said as he handed me a soda. " Thanks " I replied. " You're welcome " he said as he smiled and winked at me. My heart better flutter and my stomach started to flips. I tried to hide my blush but he seemed to notice it and chuckled. His chuckle sounded like an angel singing. He then walked away as I was still a flustered mess.
And yeah I know what you're thinking and it's true. I've had liked no I've had 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 Junnie hyung since we were trainees. The day we first met, he took my hat off and started asking me questions. I was shocked and flustered cause he was so handsome then and even more handsome now. And he was also the other Chinese trainee there so yeah. He was the first person I've had gotten close to, and I've grown so much more attached to him.
Sometimes he flirts with me and does his stupid pick up lines on me. Even though I say they are stupid everytime he says it it was manages to make me flustered all the time but I won't say it. Yk why? Cuz he will be like " Hey remember when I got you flustered with my pick up lines? " , " I'm such a great flirt " and on and on and on. He's so full of himself that I couldn't help but fall in love with him more.
And when does those it always gives me a piece of hope that maybe just maybe he felt the same as me. But I didn't say anything because I was scared that, what if they weren't hints but just mixed signs or worse fan service.
I was also scared that I'll ruin what we have right now if I confess and he didn't feel the same. So I just thought that it would be better of if I just stayed quiet and just stayed as 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴. Damn why does it hurt so much to say that word. I guess it's the harsh reality. The reality that me and Jun are just 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴.
I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard a thud.
" Eh, sorry. " it was mingyu. It seemed like he tripped over the wire. His face was red as he was embarrassed. I giggled to myself. Typical mingyu.

We all got into our van along with our manager.
" Don't forget guys. Tomorrow we have a fan sign , so sleep early and get some rest. We have a long day tomorrow. " Our manager said as we nodded.
I was sitting with Jun hyung next to me. " Whoo, it's going to be a long day tomorrow " he said. I giggled a bit before replying " Yeah " . " But it'll be fun though. I haven't meet carats in a long time. " I continued which he nodded " Yeah, it'll be fun... " he replied. His voice slowly getting quieter as he started drifting off. I smiled. " Goodnight Jun hyung"

I woke up to the sound of the members chatting in the dining room. I guess I should I get up now. I looked at the clock and saw it was 7:30. I looked to the bed beside me saw no one. I guess Jun's already awake.
• 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒑 𝟐𝟎 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒆𝒔 •
I got to the dining room and saw all of the members already there. They said good morning to me and I nodded. We then proceeded to eat breakfast and get ready for our fan sign.
• 𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒑 (𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒉 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒉) •
We got to the fan sign and saw all the carats waiting already. ( 𝙄 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙛𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙨 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙨𝙤 𝙗𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙚 𝙥𝙡𝙨) . We got to the stage and greeted our fans. Then we sat at our designated seats.
• 𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒑 (𝒉𝒆𝒉𝒆𝒉) •
It's been like what 2 hours since the fan sign started idk. It's been fun but then a female carat came. "OMG, hii minghao I'm your biggest fan" the girl practically squeaked. My ears hurt. Then she calmed down a bit thank god. " Um so I wanted to ask a question like are you and Jun in a relationship ? I see the way you two look at each other and the way you talk to each other. You two look like a old couple too when you guys bicker. " I was caught of guard when she said that. And I didn't know what to say. I also think Jun heard it as he was sitting beside me. Great.
" U-um u-uh... " I was thinking of what to say when. " No we're not in a relationship. We're just best friends that are really close and comfortable with each other. And sometimes we may look like a couple but we're not it's just how we are. We love each other as family. " Jun replied with a smile to the girl. I was happy when he intervened but my heart aches when he said that we're just 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴 and love each other as 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺. I was sad but maintained a smile. The girl nodded and move to the next person.
" Thank you " I said to Jun. " Anytime Hao " he replied and smiled.

The fan sign was over and we were all preparing to go back to our dorms as we had no more schedules for today.
" Hey jun " I called. He turned around and nodded his head as saying go on. " I really want to thank you for saving my butt when the girl asked me that question. I don't know what I would do without you. " He smiled and nodded. " Of course. I already said that it was no problem. I'll help you anytime you need. That's what friends do right? " he said and left.
