I think y'all know the drill. Story prompts are by me. (Brace yourselves, this one is wild and probably confusing)
A love story in all italics about neighbors (16yrs old) who fall in love. The story is told in 3rd person, from one of the 2 neighbors POV (if yk what I mean). Just when the character who's POV its in is about to confess, the writing comes out of italics and the love interest puts down the book and sighs. They check the news on their phone and see that the author of the book (the main character) is visiting their town to be a guest at a concert. Surprised, the love interest books a ticket to the concert AND the meet & greet. At the meet & greet, the love interest says hi to the main character and the main character is shocked. They know this means the love interest has read their book, something they didn't expect. The love interest makes a promise to go on a library date with the main character, and the book ends
Summary: they were friends in hs and had crushes on eachother, but never got the chance to confess. The main character became a writer and wrote a book about their crush. Their crush read it and realised that they were talking about THEM.
