Just a dream - Amity angst

Amity throws on her uniform and  ties her Purple-brown hair into the tiniest ponytail imaginable. "Mittens, you're going to be late! Are you almost ready?" Odalia's voice echoed through the Manor, calling out to her youngest daughter. "Coming, mom! I'm just getting my shoes!" Amity quickly pulls on her black boots and grabs her school bag. She rushes downstairs to the smiling face of her mother. "I'm ready!" She beams, straightening out her uniform. "Alright then," Odalia gives her a kiss on the forehead and a tight hug. "Have a good day at school, dear. Oh, and if you see Willow, make sure to tell her she left her roller skates at our house. She can come pick them up later today." She ruffles her smiling daughters lavender hair. "I will! And don't forget my Grudgby game tomorrow. We're going against St. Epiderm! Luz is gonna be there, too." Amity reminds her mother. "It's silly of you to think I'd forget. I really never thought you'd be dating a human, but if you're happy, then I'm happy. And she's such a sweet girl." Odalia sighs lovingly. Amity gasps and freezes for a minute, her eyes widening. She looks at her hands. They're all distorted and weird. Extra fingers and skin where there shouldn't be skin. She looks up at her mother, who's still lovingly looking down at her. "This... this is a dream..." Amity huffs and takes a step back. Odalia's face contorts into a frown. Her stern look chokeholding Amity. "What did you just say?" Odalia walks closer to Amity. "T-this isn't real... I'm dreaming... i-im dreaming!" She looks back up and her mom, but it's barely even her mom anymore. Odalias face contorts in unnatural ways. Black goo flowing from all holes. The whole room starts falling apart and into an empty abyss. Odalia gets in her daughter's face and starts screeching. "WAKE UP"

Amity jolts awake in a cold sweat. She finds herself in Luz's room, or more like the room her, Luz, Willow, and Vee have been sharing for the past 2 weeks. Her body is shaking, and there are fresh tears already streaming down her face. She sighs and wipes them sorrowful. She lays back down, staring at the ceiling.
